I had rolling tacos cater my wedding in 2024. They did an absolutely amazing job. My wedding was in Winneconne, and they drove the distance to make it work for me. They were set up under a tent outside of the barn where my reception was held due to space related issues and not having enough room to set them up in the barn due to guest seating. Then, it unexpectedly started to downpour while quite the thunderstorm passed through. The two who came out to serve food powered through and did an absolutely wonderful job; despite the runoff water from the storm pooling up exactly where they were standing. They were quite literally standing in a deep puddle serving food. (Lack of forethought on my part that it was a possibility something like that could happen). Despite the weather conditions, they handled everything in a professional manner. I would 100% recommend them as a caterer. On top of that, the food itself is great, affordable, and the staff is lovely. PS: I’m sorry for not inviting you guys into the barn and pause the work to wait for the storm to pass. I have severe storm anxiety and totally spaced out on sending someone to invite your crew in 😢
