I’ve ordered from this location many times but have been disappointed my last couple orders. My pizza has been over baked. I’m not sure if the second time around was retaliation for using the free pizza they offered me from my first complaint or if they’re are so busy they’re not taking it out of the oven but I’m hoping for my money back this time. I paid for additional food and delivery, after all. We’ll see what customer support says..
Ordered at 4.47pm for carry out. Tracker immediately indicated that “heather” was prepping the order. I show up at 5pm to find out it is not even on the make line yet. I don’t care how busy they are, you do NOT acknowledge to the customer that the pizza is prepping when in fact it isn’t. That gives the customer a false sense that it should be ready soon. I immediately told them to cancel the order. That short girl (seems in charge) is snotty/rude, unapologetic.
The pizza i ordered was cold and the crust was very soggy the box had some grease under the pizza slices need better attention on the 12pc Specialty chicken not good! This Domino's needs some help if they are going to make it in the pizza business! NEEDS-WORK!! Plus charging 4.50 for delivery charge I was better off with a frozen pizza or a Kwik Trip pizza!
