Simply the best for us who can't have traditional ice cream of a dairy intolerance. Great tasting, super fresh, wonderful mix of flavors. The staff is very accommodating and knows what's in their products. Bonus: the bowls are just as beautiful as their example pictures. The only thing I'm upset about is not trying them sooner.
I had an amazing experience at Simply Bowls thanks to Haylee and Sophia! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel right at home. Their friendly attitude, attention to detail, and great energy made the whole visit so enjoyable. You can really tell they care about their work and the customers. Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time !!!
As someone who has a soy and dairy allergy and avoids added sugar, I truly appreciate this place! I have loved everything I've tried, as has my son. The servings are generous, and the service is great. Mistakes with my order have happened. My vote is that humans are allowed to be humans. If I bother to point it out, I've always received kindness, and they've corrected the mistake. I will, and do, continue to eat here and recommend it to others.
