Probably one of the worst experiences for us ever at a restaurant!
We saw the reviews and thought it will be a delightful family outing, especially traveling through from Chicago. Also, we've been to multiple busy steakhouses all around the country so we're well aware of wait time protocols and staff attentiveness.
We were told to wait in the waiting area after getting our names written on the wait list. Multiple people walked in through the doors and were seated within 15-20 minutes of walking in.
Our daughter was extremely hungry and still we waited over 60 minutes. Nobody even had the courtesy to come take our order so that it would be ready by the time we got our table!
Once we realized that the staff had no intention of getting us seated and after multiple walk ins after us were seated while we were waiting we decided to get up and leave.
I would highly suggest to incorporate a booking system and also to ensure that families with children are accommodated in a timely fashion!
Please leave your kids at home if you ever wish to visit this establishment!

The steaks were just barely ok. We had 3 different cuts of steak served at our table, so we all compared taste and tenderness. We could have BBQ'ed steaks at home better. My salad was a bowl of lettuce with one(1) tomato and terrible store bought yucky ranch dressing. I didn't even eat it and that's saying something because I LOVE salad. We were very disappointed in the food. The best part of the evening was sitting at the bar with my very drinkable Spotted Cow beer.

We had a group of 8. Waited a little bit for a large table but were well tended to at the bar. The old fashions were outstanding! Enjoyed some delicious apps. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Once seated, the meals came out quickly and were delicious. Highly recommend!

0/10 hour and a half wait to be seated, salads were drenched with dressing and lettuce soggy, my steamed vegetables were mush, the tenderloin was flavorless. Sitting behind a drunk and obnoxiously loud party of 12 was insane. We couldn't even talk to or hear the person sitting across the table from me. Waitress was snippy and quite rude. Won't be spending another $50 on a meal there again.
toooooo noisey. toooo black. the food is OK. someone has a no clue about ambiance. took some friends who were visiting. I warned them. they aren't going back.
