Went tonight (New Years Eve) with our kids. We waited 30 minutes for food at the bar. There were several open tables. Once we were seated, at a small booth, we were quickly over crowded with water, bread, our app, so much I felt claustrophobic.
We ordered the basket app and for $15 we got mostly 2 kinds of fries that tasted like fish, 2 onion rings, 4 mushrooms, and 2 moz sticks.
One daughter ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and it was very cordy. One daughter ordered a burger which was good. My husband ordered the prime rib which was a midcut, but flavorful. They wouldn't let him get fries or the loaded baked potato, only spaghetti or baked potato. He opted for the spaghetti which was small, ok sauce, but over cooked sticky noodles. I ordered the chicken cordon bleu Alfredo. Ok sauce, thick but flavorless. The chicken was cooked ok but lacked flavor and one tiny piece of ham. The noodles were over cooked and sticky.
The salads ...... A pile of lettuce with one tiny round of red onion. My husband ordered dry and I ordered French, it was swimming in dressing. They were pretty much sent back uneaten.
For $120 ..... Not worth it.
Our waitress was in a hurry constantly.
The bread served was good, fresh baked, warm.
It's a pretty place but the food was definitely not worth the price.

Bartolettis Restaurant is located in Niagara Wisconsin near Kingsford, Michigan. The restaurant has a bar in the front where people wait for a table. They have steaks, seafod, and Italian food. We visited on a Tuesday for dinner and they have a dinner special of fried chicken and spaghetti served with bread and coleslaw for $5 with the purchase of a drink. This was all you can eat. This was an amazing deal and the food was fantastic. The service was great. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I would like to try the other items on the menu in the future.

Food was wonderful. I ordered the Prime Rib and my husband had the Ribeye. Steaks done to perfection. Gnocchi was fresh and hot. Service was just OK. Bartenders were friendly and accommodating.

Called a couple different restaurants in the area for a chicken dinner to go and come to find out they don’t do chicken dinners to go. They do chicken à la cart so you can buy a couple pieces of chicken, but then you’re gonna get screwed when you start adding all the sides to it $15 chicken dinner could be $25 or you could just go to the restaurant and sit down and have a full chicken dinner That you can’t get to go for the regular price. Does that make any fckng sense at all?

First time. I had the Italian Combo. We had a short wait since we were a party of 6. The hostess was friendly, the bartender was friendly and so was our waitress. Everything on my platter was homemade. Definitely a 5 out of 5. I will be back!!!

We love Bartolettis. Can't beat the price, and service is always great. We always take friends that come into town and they all love it too. Prices are lower than most places in town.

I finally understand why people leave long reviews. Worst experience since I moved to the area. We called for reservations as this was for our anniversary. The lady on the phone didn't ask for a name for the reservation and when I asked she said "we'll be able to fit in a party if 2 easy". Well Saturday comes and they tell us it's going to be a 45 minute wait, and that they don't do reservations under 10 people. Well that's funny because as we were waiting at the bar, we heard the bartender take a call and say they don't do reservations for under 6 people. Anyways we finally get seated and we ordered the pretzel sticks appetizer. When it came out, two of the sticks you could tell were reheated from earlier as they were a totally different color than the third one. Then we order the chicken parmesan with Alfredo on the side and they bring us two chicken tenders on a pile of pasta smothered in Alfredo sauce. When we said we didn't want to eat that meal, they took it because "the back won't take it off the receipt without the food returned". We then waited 15 minutes with nothing, no communication, no one came back to our table. So we just left. Never going back, and you shouldn't either.

Maybe I’m spoiled because I’m from the Chicago area and also now live near Kenosha, WI which has excellent Italian food. I rarely write reviews and never send my food back uneaten to the kitchen, but this was the worst “Italian” food I’ve ever seen. First the salad came out which consisted of iceberg lettuce and a single onion slice on top of it..umm what? Then the food comes out and I ordered chicken Parmesan gnocchi. The chicken reminded me of something that you might see in a microwave dinner- just really low quality, and the gnocchi just was not gnocchi. This was a $20 entree, which seemed extremely overpriced. I took two bites and sent it back- I was trying to be very polite and just stated that I didn’t want to eat that.
The owner then came and asked what was wrong, and I said it just wasn’t good. He got defensive and said “do you know how much gnocchi we sell?” No, and I don’t care.
They didn’t charge me for it.

Not impressed . Came from out of town trying something new. Waited a half hour which was fine . Hostess came and walked us in and stood and pointed to a table across the room and said there’s your table . We all ordered steaks and a medium steak came out the rarest I’ve ever seen one but with a burnt top . Ordered my steak smothered and the mushrooms come whole in a side bowl and onions on a plate which was odd . All of steaks were very bland and dripping in butter sauce . Mushrooms were not good . Waitress was fine at 1st but got non caring after we started having issues . We were told that we could order loaded potatoes without the chives because the cook refuses to change an order and just not put them on . The missed a $5 up sale and the waitress was honest and said she’s not lying for the cook anymore . It was an experience, and it was a $28 not worth it meal
