I just received my order for a hamburger and tots. I requested that my burger be cooked well done. It was medium well with pink meat. This is the last time that I will order from this place. They always get it wrong.

Server was pretty nice. I ordered a burger with onion strings, and they bring out waffle fries and apologize they were out of the onion string. Didn't even check with me if that was ok.
My wife ordered the soup in a bread bowl. They brought here out a Grilled Cheese!!! 🤣 and apologized for that they were out of soup.
So... like we are just supposed to shut up and be happy with whatever they shove at us?
And they still had the nerve to bring us the original bill fill $90 bread soup bowl and everything... wow
Made them remove the soup after complaining

My husband and I had a delightful afternoon at Charcoal Grill on Monday 6/9. We arrived around 2:45. Joyce greeted us with a very pleasant smile. We always sit at the bar so we made our way over there where we saw Joyce again. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered drinks and an appetizer which was bacon wrapped water chestnuts.(They could have been hotter but were good.) I walked around to check the place out. It was very clean and presented a modern decor. We had a chance to chat with Joyce a bit as it wasn't busy during that time. She was a delight. Our entres, a burger and a salad were prepared well and very tasty. Our first time there will not be our last. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Joyce.

We have been patrons of Charcoal Grill Oak Creek for 3 years. Recently, the manager for the Sunday brunch as well as a female manager told us that we could bring our beloved greyhounds to dine on the patio. We did so on Wednesday night and it was fantastic. We wanted to do so again today, and we have an old senior greyhound who is 14.5 years old. We were publicly humiliated by the General Manager Joe as he pointed his finger and degraded me in front of the entire bar that how dare I bring my dogs here. They are filled with germs and against Oak Creek health code to have outside (several Oak Creek restaurants serve people with dogs outside). He asked where their service dog vests were, and then started interrogating me about his manager on Wednesday and how awful it was that we were served. He said that if we wanted to eat there, he could seat us on the back patio by the dumpsters due to the dog germs.
We left feeling horrible and our old senior greyhound kept pressing his face against the door to the patio and then sulked back to the car. He was very upset, so we drove to another establishment that is happy to serve us.
I would love to have the opportunity to speak with Joe’s manager and to have this made right. I have never been so humiliated in a restaurant in my life.

My prior experience with Charcoal Grill restaurants has been a bit inconsistent. But the Oak Creek Charcoal Grill had excellent food and great service. Granted, I've only been here once. Looking forward to seeing if they can be more consistent than the others.
Generally fine food, but not so great service. It was very empty because we went between lunch and dinner. We had Ashley Z who brought our food and said, “I’m having them make new tots, I made them make you new tots because the ones they wanted to serve you were absolutely disgusting.” Could’ve lived without knowing that. Had to ask for refills, remind her of other small stuff requested, no check back before handing us the check (while still eating), no ask about dessert or if we needed anything else, no pre-bussing, and she made us sit with our card out to pay for way way too long. Yes, these are all such small things but it made us not keen on returning.

The fish fry was off-the-chain good! Big ole' thick and juicy fillets and a thin and crispy fried coating. I was really happy and not just because I had a buy one get one half-off coupon.
