My friend, Margaret, introduced me to Hillside. Great place to meet and catch up with friends and family. We went for the delicious, specialty coffee, but were more than tempted to see the yummy pastries available. They also have homemade breakfast sandwiches for sale. Staff has always been more than accommodating whether they're at the counter or as Barista. Also, look forward to their Cinnamon Rolls available only on Sundays. A friend and I caught up after not seeing each other for 15 years today at this quaint coffee house, and I will definitely be back. The bakery sparkled and tantalized with many gluten free options. The atmosphere felt like my best memory of my grandma’s kitchen. We lingered outside on some chairs after they closed, and the owner was incredibly gracious when we asked if it was okay to stay there and talk.
