Went for the Customer Appreciation night! Very yummy and true to the Jimmy John's motto, they were making subs freaky fast!
They just are not fast anymore. Forget “freaky fast”, they’re not even sort of fast. Waiting 11 minutes for ONE SUB, while four employees stand around chatting and doing zero work, at 3pm on a weekday. Nobody even working on online orders, so there is no reason for it. Just brutal, what happened to JJ’s?
3 separate orders and 3 times there was missing item. Chips twice and 1 time missing my drink but they gave me a straw for the drink they didnt bring. Going to have to look else where for food delivery near my work. Food was good though just can't trust delivery.
