We were promptly seated on a Sunday afternoon, a little past 4. There were just a few customers inside, pretty quiet. After our host took us to our table, we waited a good 10 minutes before our server came by. She apologized after asking whether we were being helped by anyone. She was very nice about it, but I did wonder, since it looked like she was the only server working at the time, so who else would be helping us?It was fine though, since we weren't in any kind of a hurry and overall enjoying one another's company. The Traditional Long Island - $8menu says "keep the cup!"In case you're wondering, it's a plastic cup, not a glass. Hubby said the drink itself was ok. Whether I can keep the cup or not, though, I don't like to drink alcohol out of a glass glass, so I'd rather just get the drink in a glass cup that I don't get to keep.Chopped Cobb with Petit Fillet - $20The 5 oz fillet was pretty good and cooked to a perfect medium, though they could have eased up on the salt a bit. The veggies weren't the most fresh I've seen, some wilted, and some with brown spots. The avocado tasted funny. I don't know how to explain it, but it felt more rubbery (?) than I'm used to, and had a tangy flavor.Overall, disappointed for a $20 salad. (I've found a local restaurant that makes a mean steak salad for $14, with an absolutely heaping mound of fresh greens. I don't like to compare, but I couldn't help but do so)Charcoal BurgerNot the best thing out there, but tasty.Sunday Rib Special - $10Ribs were OK, and the onion fries were also tasty. Great price! Four pieces are not enough for a grown man, but perfect for me.There is a sign at the front desk: "we impose a surcharge on credit cards that is not greater than our cost of acceptance."There is another one that says "We impose a surcharge of 3% on the transaction amount on credit card products which is not greater than our cost of acceptance."Lingo sounds very legal, but basically means they will charge you 3% for using a credit card. Pretty cheap for a restaurant of this size if you ask me.

A very clean and relaxed ambiance. Friendly staff with great customer service. A lot of seating options, you can do regular dinning, high table, take it at the bar or opt for outside setting. I got fish, mashed potatoes and coleslaw to go with that. Lovely cocktail selection from the bar. Got me a pina colada, it was divine !!! Good food, good vibe, nice chill spot.

Our server was friendly and attentive and kept our beverages full! I had the Rib and chicken combo and my sister had the baked fish. Our food was cooked to order and was quite delicious! My only complaint was that the servings were so massive that I requested a to- go container as soon as our server served our food! I knew that I wasn't going to be able to eat the whole serving in one sitting! ? I highly recommend Charcoal Grill! ?

The brunch was great! My favorite was the Cod Nuggets. Yes, they have cod Nuggets! Even though they seemed a little short staffed, the service was still solid. Plan to go back.

Average. Sadly might be understaffed as our beverages came close to the end of the meal. The manager was the bartender this particular night. Our wait person was very nice. When the beverages were delayed, I told her to skip it. It was brought to the table anyway but was comped on the bill. That was very proactive and respectful. Overall, just an average menu with an average dining experience.

My fiancé and I order out. We got to whole rack of ribs which were awesome and she got a filet. The first filet was under cooked almost raw. They replaced it with a new one and it was cooked but not the greatest. We appreciate them replacing it but eveytime we order something besides the ribs its always wrong. Definitely won't be going back. Sad when you pay almost $70 and it's not even worth that.

For having the name Charcoal Grill, you would imagine there are some BBQ options. Well... there isnt. I got the chicken, which is finished on a grill. I wasn't too impressed by the flavor though. Besides the burgers, can't really find any other items on the menu that specify they are BBQ'd either.

We had the rotisserie chicken and baked potatoes. The potatoes must’ve been three or four days old that chicken was also old at a very clean place. Food must’ve been cooked and held over for days been to other locations and they’ve been good. This one is a downer.
