The clerk handed me my cookies before I was ready & they tipped into each other mixing up the frosting. I asked her for some napkins and the employer then walked away & went back to baking. She did not offer to replace the damaged cookies, offer to help, or offer any compensation. Terrible customer service!

Best cookies ever, if you love chewy, soft cookies with a different taste then go to Crumbl they have new ones every week! And many choices my personal favorite is the signature chocolate chip and the sugar cookie.
