When I walked in earlier today (11/23/24), there was a guy ordering a big order. All I had was a mini 3 pack I had to wait longer than 5 minutes for. There was no one else in the store but me and him. As a customer and someone who used to work for Crumbl, this was the worst experience. I didn't get a smile, a warm welcome, anything. I didn't get a "Hi, welcome to Crumbl." No one said anything to me. I felt like I wasted my money. All the other locations suck too, but I never thought this one would be one of them. Even when you're under pressure, acknowledge your customers who are spending money in your store and is helping you keep a job. I really hope Germantown is not like Glendale, Greendale, and Oak Creek because all 3 of those locations are trash when it comes to customer service. Germantown is my last hope. If they let me down, I'll just stop going to Crumbl altogether until I move from Milwaukee. This is ridiculous.
