9/15 late evening (9pm ish) there was a young boy running out orders (plays baseball in neighboring community) we did not get his name… he brought out another order and we asked him to check on our kids meal and ice cream that we had been waiting over 20min for.. he was so polite and courteous, checked and brought our items out immediately and apologized (not his fault) he then came back as we pulled off with fresh ice cream (ours was melting) and coupons. Many months ago I had ordered a single scoop and received a pitiful scoop that would’ve taken 4 spoonfuls tops to finish. I took it as maybe a off day and ignored it and went in with my life. Tonight I ordered a triple (remembering my last encounter) and when I received the cup it was a double at best. My first very negative experience with a Culvers. Walked in- drive through way too long-
4 behind the counter employees looked at me- (no one at the registers) and not one even acknowledged me. I apologized for inconveniencing them and placed my order.
Hoping just an off night. Not my normal experience. 8:05pm Tues 8/24.
