We came through the drive thru and asked for a HOT caramel coffee and when we got to the window she had a ICED. We asked for a hot instead since that’s what we asked for and she said to be able to get the hot we HAD to pay for the iced and take it… very rude too.

Forgot how to make item I ordered, had to go inside after going through the drive through. Every worker is on their phone nobody even approached me. While I waited for my item to be fixed there was a conversation that took urgency over my meal. Never coming back!

I will never be coming back my coffee is always made wrong. And I come before they close to buy donuts they legitimately won't sell me any. Instead say we throwing them in the garbage they must not want any money. Always have problems and attitudes. So I will definitely spend my money else

Ordered ahead online, thinking it would be helpful. It was mid-afternoon,so not a rush time. When I got there there was one car ahead of me in the drive-thru. It took a while for the attendant to even ask for my order (assuming he was maybe covering the counter as well) My bacon snack strips were somewhere but he hadn't started my iced coffee order. This was the first time I ever ordered the bacon snack things and they were a greasy pile of various-sized pieces thrown into a sleeve and then in the bag. They were rubbery and greasy to the point where they soaked through the sleeve, the outer bag and stained my car seat. Not edible until they were cooked several more minutes at my home.

I usually love this Dunkin’, but they don’t know when they’re coconut milk expires. When the coconut milk separates and doesn’t blend smoothly with the drink that means it’s curdled and it’s not good anymore. I wasted five dollars on a drink that I can’t drink. Please check your coconut milk and don’t serve curdled coconut milk to your customers. It’s a health risk.

At 10:30 am on Sunday, their selection was down to just 6 kinds of donuts. I asked for a dozen. The clerk gave me 10+ 2, $21.49I have NEVER paid nearly $1.75/ donut at a dozen price before!!Over half were "O" shaped... none were "fresh made" there.

Dunkin Howell Ave Oak Creek WI. Absolutely terrible. I walked in to order an iced coffee. There were no other customers there, nor did any employees bother to come up from the back, although I could hear voices. I paced up and down the counter for at least 5 minutes with not even an acknowledgement of my presence. By this time I was disgusted and verbally shouted to get someone’s attention. He rudely put his hand up to stop me, then I finally asked for the Manager’s card. He laughed and refused saying he couldn’t give out her number. I didn’t ask for a personal number, I asked for a card. No wonder there were no customers. This place obviously has no leadership or employees capable of performing an entry level job.

I will never return to this restaurant. I had to pay for two sandwiches and two drinks. I only got 1 sandwich and 1 drink. They are thieves.

I spent $25-$30 a week there and donated $20 to special olympics to dunkin donuts and they turn you down for coupons you got cus they expire after two weeks.

Did an online order 3hrs before to be ready by 1:05p, I went to pick it up and They didn’t even start my order until 1:20pm they started and as I arrived they said they were out of decafe, so I got another regular since I was already behind . As I waited I asked for cups and sugar etc to make things go faster and they had no coffee stirs worker said“take straws”very slow service and there was 4-5 people there total and not even busy inside or drive thru ,there was no excuse to not have my order ready on time, e-mailed management and received an email to “send proof” which I did and have yet to get anything back 2 weeks later ? go to a diff location Espc for a big order u would thnk they would appreciate a 100$ purchase ?

On the two separate visits I have made to this location, both times they have messed up the EXACT same order twice. Large Frozen Chocolate with two shots of Esspresso. Both times I got back what could best be described as frozen sweet milk with a slight hint of coffee. The first time I could go back in and their manager could tell as soon as I said what I was suppose to have that they made it wrong and remade it for me but this second time I didn't have the time to go back in to show them what I was handed. I'll be hard pressed to return.

Save your taste buds, money & time. There are NO fresh doughnuts, and NO posted prices. The chocolate croissant shell was darker than terra cotta & horribly hard.
