hard to communicate with employees, Order is wrong almost every single time. I continued to go back because it is convenient and hope that they can figure it out. check your change also, they have tried to short change me multiple times. Lost hope. never going back to that location. corporate needs to step in and straighten these places out or shut them down
I was just at the Dunkin on Howell in Oak Creek. I ordered donuts, bagel bits and 3 drinks. A dunkalatte, a PB&J Cloud Latte and an iced chai latte. 2 people ordered behind me. It starts with those two people getting their ordered drinks before me. I waited patiently and when they finally “made” my order they put two drinks in the counter. This was HORRIBLE!!! I asked for 2 vanilla long John's and 1 chocolate circle donut. They give me 2 vanilla CIRCLES instead of long John's and when we ask for them to fix our order, the STUFF our donuts back in the bag. Sure they give us an extra, BUT IT IS SQUISHED, GROSS, AND THE FROSTING IS GONE?!?!? I am never going here again.
