Typical Dunkin, but far different service after a change of operators a while back. Run by a (Pakistani? Indian?) family who don't speak English well. Difficult to get an order right. Even flavored coffees are made vastly different every time and some are undrinkable. Beware the donuts. Some have watery, nearly liquid frosting. Those that don't are probably at least a day old and are cracker dry.
Tried another location nearby at Howell and Peutz, with the same...

was there yesterday, although the girl was very nice,they have signs up for 3.00 med. brownsugar sweet cream cold drinks,so I ordered 4 and was charged 17.00,when I asked why she said she didn't understand either but that's how much it was,so I was quite disappointed in the false advertising, every other dunkin I go to is 3.00 for those drinks and there are several in the area so I'll just go elsewhere in the future

Went on Father's Day morning around 10:30...how does Dunkin run out of donuts?!? We settled for breakfast sandwiches but they completely forgot my husband's sooo we turned around and went back- Food was good but what an inconvenience
