I had a good experience and I was 1 hour late for my appointment. Just called the number to check in and was put on a dock immediately! Guy came out to confirm reefer was at -10 and started getting loaded as soon trailer bumped the dock..loaded in 1 1/2 hours
Would give these guys 3-4 stars if not for the light skin guy with glasses who loads trailers at Southbranch location. He is a hard worker cool guy. Sometimes the management mess up and there is nothing you can do as a driver you end up waiting a whole work day.
To the driver's who haven't been here before, don't mind the negative reviews. The lady you have to check in with is a sweetheart, I also talked to a couple other employees and they were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of room to turn around and back into the dock. Looking forward to coming back! Ya'll have a great day and happy trails!
