I have been coming here for 10 + years. Me and my family are greeted and treated like royalty. Every thing I have had is excellent. My favorite is the rainbow shredded duck. The specials on Monday and Tuesday are great and a good deal.

I cannot in any fashion recommend this place. The food was horrible. I don't have a sophisticated palette by any means and am usually not very picky, but this is one of the few places I couldn't even finish my food it was so bad. I've been twice since I figured maybe the food I got the one time was just bad, but both times, different dishes were disgusting.

Horrible service and bad food. I couldn’t believe when the waitress demanded that I pay a tip. She said “do you have a job? and doesn’t your boss pay you money to give me a tip?” She repeatedly kept harassing me for a tip. I said I’m no longer going to give you one since you’re asking me for it and I only want to pay for my meal. The sushi was awful and she didn’t welcome me when I came into the restaurant either. I told her I’m not coming back here again; she then said “we don’t care and I don’t care”. Wow

I had given a negative review after his server gave herself over a $30 tip because there was 6 people in our party, 4 were our kids. I saw that see added a tip asked her where it was posted. She said back of the menu, I asked to see a menu walked away. The owner reached out saying she got in trouble for what she did. He told me he would return the tip back to my card. 2 weeks later no tip was returned. The food for the price was absolutely disgusting. Also when they as white rice, fried rice, noodles ask if they charge extra. They do and was never told this.I always tip, I felt this waitress ripped me and tried sneaking until I questioned her. Watch you receipt and don’t pay until your issue is resolved. Owner proved they don’t honor their word either.
The peppered tuna was absolutely horrible. Do not order this. The place needs to be updated and cleaned. I don't ever need to eat here again.

If I had been in the area longer, I would have visited many more times! However, I was just passing through. I must start by praising the absolutely amazing customer service, which was friendly from taking my order on the phone to picking up my food. The food was delicious too. In summary, I highly recommend Lotus!
