Although having great experience in the past, I recently ordered a venti iced matcha with lavender cold foam. I was given attitude when I was having trouble with my order. And once given my drink, the matcha was still clumpy and just not whisked properly enough. Very disappointing experience:((
I love my bucks! I just can't frequent them as often as I'd like. They're just waayy too expensive to have as a regular stop on my way to work every day. And now, especially since I found out that if you want any 'extra base' in your refresher? You'd best cough up an additional $1.00 for that tiny splash! Simply Greedy Ridiculous! Over $6 for a 24oz venti, that's really about 18oz. of Water! Still... I LOVE my 'kids' who work there....
