I always want to go to local, family businesses as much as I can and I hate to write a negative review but the pizza was so bad. It was soggy, greasy, and just not very good. Maybe we caught them on a bad night because other reviews are very good. But I would not order that again. I can't rate the service and atmosphere fairly because this was take out.

I had my mother's 90th birthday party at Trattoria di Carlo. The food and the service was outstanding. Frank and his staff were wonderful. We had a private room so the guests were able to move around and talk to each other. Frank and his staff were very helpful and checked on us often. Thanks again for making my mom's 90th birthday special!

I just spent a lovely evening at the bar with Trish. She is definitely a gem. Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I took food to go but had my soup at the bar. If the soup is any indication, the food will be great. Thank you Trish for an enjoyable evening.

If you are looking for an excellent place for pizza, look no further than Di Carlo. Frank and his staff do a tremendous job over there. Not only is their pizza and entrees the best around, their customer service and loyalty to you is unmatched. Frank and his team want you to feel welcomed and once you go here, you will want to return for more. Again, their pizza is by far the best and it isn't even close. Visit Di Carlo's and you won't be disappointed. Thank you for a fantastic experience everytime I come.

I wanted to say the pizza is very good. But that’s where the positive ends.
We have been going for a couple of years now, very close to us. Never again. I did pick up, not delivery for one pizza. I checked the box to make sure the pizza was intact (the pizza was dropped last time we were there but I always want to give a second chance). As I am leaving I hear a “she only gave $3?!. Rude. I would never say that within ear shot of other customers. Second I would never leave less than 20% for TABLE SERVICE. I am also not going to give 20% to someone who hands me a box, give me a smile and that’s it.
Second the pizza was made wrong. That was in part my fault for not checking it closer. One side was supposed to have sausage and the other half sausage, pepperoni and peppers. No sausage on one side and the other side had onions on it. I told my husband what happened and he said “never again!”. Getting tired of the entitlement. I know people get paid more as to go hosts/servers because the tips are not as good, I know this because I work in the industry.

Recently placed an order for carryout. Ordering and pick-up process was seamless. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than directed (as I always tend to for carryout, haha). Nice, young lady at the carryout desk informed me my pizza would be ready shortly. Pizza was ready before I knew it. Highly recommend di Carlo as the pizza is delicious and staff is always warm and welcoming. Thanks for being an Oak Creek staple.
Pizza was really great - I got the thin crust and it was delicious. My fried got the pasta and that was so good with fresh garlic and lots of flavor!
