We went there for Mother's Day and were very disappointed! We waited 10 minutes to get waited on and it was not crowded. The waitress was very young and she never came to our table while we were eating to see how we were doing. We also thought the dessert bar was a part of a Mother's Day offering nope it was $5.00 per person.
My wife and I are new to the area. Friday fish fry is a must if you live in WI. We both tried something different and shared, walleye for her and I had haddock. Awesome! We will be back for more all the staff was friendly and place nicely set up.

Katy's Log Cabin Restaurant offers delicious meals in a family-friendly atmosphere. Their menu features large portions of dishes like beer battered Perch, pecan crusted Haddock, and broasted chicken, all served with attentive service. The restaurant also boasts a great soup and salad bar. The perch fry is excellent, accompanied by waffle fries, while the haddock oscar is also well-liked. The Friday fish fry is a must, with walleye and haddock being awesome. The German potato salad has received positive feedback, although the soups and regular potato salad were noted as average. The place is nicely set up and convenient for a fish fry on Saturday night. Recently, the restaurant provided catering for a wedding anniversary party, where the broasted chicken was juicy and the mashed potatoes and corn were praised as delicious. Customers have enjoyed the salad bar, which includes two soups like broccoli cheese and seafood chowder. On Saturday nights, options such as fish fry, broasted chicken, and prime rib are available, along with clever touches like putting butter pats inside baked potatoes. The staff, especially a waitress named Kendall, has been noted for their great service and communication. Overall, the food is very affordable and tasty, making it a recommended spot for anyone visiting the area.
