Went to buy 3 bagels with cream cheese the bagels were very small compared to normal they were flatter than a piece of white bread there wad no tastes the dough tasted watery on the oziago bagel there was no cheese needless to say will not return coming there for years very disappointing I will go to sendiks or paneras and put my own cream cheese on very over priced for what you get

Today I went to your store and got a three bagels for my family. Two asiago and one sesame all with cream cheese. The Asiago ones barely had any cheese, they were all flat tasteless and I was very disappointed. Not sure who is doing the cooking or if you changed the recipe but the new Panera is starting to look good. Better determine what’s going on or you will loose your customers .

We arrived back home from a 10 day trip halfway across the globe last night. Where we ate out for every single meal. While there, not a single meal of the dozens of times we ate was incorrect despite the country speaking a different language. Thought of getting a taste of home as our first meal back and decided to get some breakfast. $35 later we got the wrong sandwich, missing an entire sandwich and was let down for the last time. Far too expensive to mess up orders consistently. If you want a good bagel sandwich I’d recommend going to McDonald’s. Not eating here again.

I have to reach out but today Sunday 8/24 at about 820 a very disrespectful door dasher was out of line and was yelling at the employees about an order taking long I was there for the whole interaction and all the staff stayed professional. they didn't raise there voice, they just wanted to figure out what was up with the order but the doordasher was way out of line. I just wanted to reach out because I'm sure the doordasher felt he was in the right but he was extremely rude and disrespectful. Congrats on training a great manager who tried to handle him, and the great staff that where hard at work on a busy Sunday morning.

We love the bagels and have had only positive experiences here. It gets busy but the staff works hard and is very accommodating to special requests, so it’s worth waiting a few minutes for great food!
I love brueggers 💕 People tend to give them a hard time bcuz they are shortstaffed, but they do try to get to everyone in a timely matter, so I understand that.
I love me some bagels, and my favorite one is the salmon on Asiago! Google says their orders tend to be incorrect, but I get my order correct sooo.. I'm not sure why it says that.
Unfortunately, my favorite cream cheese will be gone soon 😭😔😥 Hopefully they will be fully staffed in the summer. Good luck, bruegger babes ✨️👍
