We love the bagels and have had only positive experiences here. It gets busy but the staff works hard and is very accommodating to special requests, so it’s worth waiting a few minutes for great food!

I love brueggers 💕 People tend to give them a hard time bcuz they are shortstaffed, but they do try to get to everyone in a timely matter, so I understand that.
I love me some bagels, and my favorite one is the salmon on Asiago! Google says their orders tend to be incorrect, but I get my order correct sooo.. I'm not sure why it says that.
Unfortunately, my favorite cream cheese will be gone soon 😭😔😥 Hopefully they will be fully staffed in the summer. Good luck, bruegger babes ✨️👍

So far I've only had 2 of the sandwiches they offer, but they have both been very tasty, warm, toasty, and wrapped neatly 😋. The employees were very nice and funny, and were making conversation with me.

Sat in line for 20 minutes without even getting an order in. Guy making sandwiches was lost. Nobody in a hurry in the building. 20ish people waiting for their order when we walked in. By the time we left without even ordering, 3 sandwiches had been made. People don't go there cause the food is amazing. They go expecting a quick stop for breakfast. It's a friggin bagel sandwich not a gourmet meal. Idk why I keep going, it's the same thing every time.

Absolutely love this place ! Fresh bakery 🥯 had the new sandwich Vermonter with two eggs it’s a must! Wife had a the herby turkey sandwich and she absolutely loved it ! Friendly staff and fast ! We are from out of town but this Will be our go to spot everytime we come here !
I do not recommend this place. I ordered from here a few months ago for a large business meeting (50 ppl) and there was confusion between the store and the delivery service. After several calls, my order arrived over an hour late. They told me they had corrected the address with the delivery service and delivery will not be an issue going forward. So, I, regretfully, decided to give them another try. My order was to have arrived over an hour ago... After calling the store to inquire about my order, they advised that they turned the delivery driver away because they asked for the order using my personal name rather than my company name! Not sure where common sense fell to the wayside and they neglected to look at the large order queue, but I'm at a loss. Both my name and company name were used to place the order. I just called again, the order still at the store. Zero apologies for this. I'm anticipating this order will arrive at minimum two hours late! And, the breakfast sandwiches will be inedible. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN, AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!

Got 6 bagels with cream cheese. Once home I opened the bag and the two jalapeño cheddar bagels were completely flat. I wouldn’t even consider these bagels and can’t understand why these would be given to customers - what a ripoff! Not to mention the bagel selection was super low, and the workers there were not very pleasant. Went out of my way to stop here because I remember the bagels being fantastic, but I’m quite disappointed!

Super disappointing experience , this location has really gone down in the last couple of years. From registers not working and employees telling each other I don't know what you want me to do about it?. To being told they had certain bagels left and really they don't have those left. I wait 25 minutes in line to wait for 6 bagels to-go. Disappointing to say the least.
