No, please, or thank you when asking for the money clearly some customer service lessons need!People come to you for your products / food it's a major turn-off to have bad customer service. This is how you lose customers for life.

Ordered a mushroom swiss burger, had 2 mushrooms, and 3 pieces of onion on the burger. Asked for a pup cup, which they charged me 3.49. It is not as good as it used to be. Will limit my times that I go there. Service is not as good as it used to be either.

Went through the drive-thru during the lunch rush, there was a long line but they were both efficient and courteous, and my food order was 100% correct. One of the better Culver’s I’ve been to recently.
Can't go wrong with Culver's. Clean store, great food, AWESOME hamburgers, and don't forget the desert.Dietary restrictions: The have online lists of ingredients for those with allergies. But only two handicapped parking spaces at this location

Food is good. I share similar experiences as other reviews. Parking lot/drive thru design is terrible. Everytime I order a concrete mixer it's filled 2/3 of the way up. I generally have to wait 5-10 after my curbside order time to wait to get my food.
