Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We usually go through the drive thru when we are in the area. The other day we went inside and had the best experience. My three boys and I ordered our food and then sat down. Tyler brought us our food and immediately my son dropped his hamburger. Without hesitation he went and got him another hamburger. He was patient and so kind with us.

Nothing like paying an arm and a leg, having to wait 15-20 mins, receiving ice cold nasty fries, and the wrong order. Thanks guys.

To the straight up Karen working at 2pm on December 18, nobody signed you up to work here. If you hate your job that much, quit. It would make this dairy Queen way better. Came through the drive thru and she said she can't take 2 card payments as a split payment when everywhere allows that so that is a lie. Then, we cancelled one of the items because we are waiting on a paycheck. Got our food and checked the app to see if maybe there was something we could afford or a new reward available. Was able to get a free mini blizzard so we placed the order and my hubby went inside and she had the audacity to complain because she wouldn't take split payment. She had the worst attitude toward everyone inside as well. Complaining about anything and everything. Very disappointed. Maybe she should be promoted to janitor because the place is always very dirty and sticky as well.

Came here after a burger lunch at a nearby restaurant. This location has a different layout/design than I am used to. It's has a better design to service driveway thru traffic. We ate indoors. The place is well maintained and clean. Plenty of different seating areas to accomodate groups of people. Got a Dilly Bar, and a Chocolate Dipped Soft Serve. Both were excellent. Pleasant and helpful staff.

I stopped for a quick lunch before a doctor's appointment, and they were so fast with my food that by the time I was finishing up filling my soda, my food was ready. Way to go. Will come for food any day of the week.

I went there at 9:30 pm on a Tuesday for a late and quick dinner after work and they said I couldn’t order hot food anymore. And when I asked when they stop doing hot food, the employee said “well when I close the store, I shut down hot food about an hour or so before we close.” You can’t just decide to close down hot food because you don’t want to keep it open and want to leave early from your job. And it seemed like she was making that decision independently of what the owners would want or have told them to do. To say the least, I was not pleased.

A great Dairy Queen always good service and friendly staff. Have never had anything but a great experience here if I was going to be picky in any way I might say the route through the driv-thru is a bit snug but that would be nit picking and for great Dairy Queen which this is and always has been it doesn't matter.

I like how they had ice cream cakes in stock. I love ice cream cakes!!!! So good. DQ has the best!!

Ordered Blizzards in drive through. They were melting and a messy soup before we could even get back on the highway.

Visited DQ on a Friday night, ordered 2 blizzards and a chicken tender basket. Blizzards were already melting and leaked all over my car during the short drive home and the fries were cold.
