The young woman ran that place like the navy. She was working with 2 others who seemed to do nothing - She was taking care of the whole place like a queen should.

Waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes and not a single car moved (4 ahead of us) got sick of waiting and left.

Waited in line for over an hour and a half just for them to tell me they weren’t going to take my order. To which I got an attitude filled response from the worker when I asked if we could just get ice cream. 10 out of 10 would not recommend going here.

Loved it here we went through the drive thru and it was really fast EVEN for a busy day the girl working drove thru yesterday was really sweet and nice couldn’t have asked for a better experience she even asked if we wanted a pup cup for our dog in the backseat the food was delicious freshly made and the s’mores blizzards was a bit messy probably cleaning them before they get handed out would be nice or not making a big mess while making them ICE CREAM ALL OVER THE PLACE but other then that I had a great visit

When we walked in, the store was empty. No one was at the front. After 5mins, someone appeared and told us there was no ice cream as they were cleaning their machines. Why would you decide to clean your ice cream machines in the middle of the day on the first hot day of the year? What a disgrace to customer service and the Dairy Queen franchise.

They said they are open until 10 but the doors are locked at 930

This is a large cone at DW in Oconomowoc. There was hardly any ice cream but the cone was big! They get worse every time we go there.

We usually go through the drive thru when we are in the area. The other day we went inside and had the best experience. My three boys and I ordered our food and then sat down. Tyler brought us our food and immediately my son dropped his hamburger. Without hesitation he went and got him another hamburger. He was patient and so kind with us.

We just went to the drive thru and ordered an ice cream cone and blizzard and once we got to the window we ended up waiting at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the window. All three workers were just running around and restocking things. Once they took our payment, they messed up both of our orders. Gave us a vanilla cone when we asked for chocolate and a chocolate blizzard when we asked for vanilla. Then, when they finally gave us the correct items, the blizzard was melted and the cone was the wrong size.

Hot and fresh food. The service was friendly and fast. Would have been a great experience, however I was not crazy about the Christian music blaring in the dining area. To each his own, however in a public setting I'd hope that the leadership team would respect the volume level. Not everyone wants to be preached to during their meals, just as not everyone would want rap, country or hard rock blaring during their meals. Just turn it down a notch...
