I ordered an Italian sandwich over the phone. The guy was very nice. When I arrived for pickup the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The sandwich was fresh out of the oven and you could tell it was mad with TLC! Thank You to who ever was working night 3/16/25 keep up the great work!

The pizza was delivered on time but when I opened the box there was a horrible smell, something bad. I took a bite and had to spit it out. This had to be the worst pizza I have ever had🤮 Done with Dominos

ordered carry out pizza, bread bites or whatever they are called and a chicken ceasar salad. Everything was fine since it was for others to eat. The only thing i usually eat are salads for the most part. The lettuce was brown and very gross and slimy. had to throw out the salad. Never again will i order salad from there. Totally disappointed because i have ordered salads from here in the past and never had this problem or so severe of a problem with the lettuce in a salad.

The manager on duty completely rude. He takes my money, puts it in the drawer and then continues to have somebody else give me my change not knowing what's going on and what the manager put in the drawer.. I had to repeat my name over 5 times it's not that hard then He yelled at me to stop yelling and next time to say my order number. Like I'm supposed to know maybe next time you should just complete the service you started but common sense doesn't exist

This Domino's is a step above compared to many others, including pizzeria's not in franchising. The pizza is well done always, they never overkill it with a lot of toppings so it can cook in a dignitous way and be a pizza, not a concoction of unrelated cheese and raw toppings. The service is very very very fast, they have plenty of people working there and you will never had a problem with the time set.
Parking: It's always very busy so sometimes you have to wait a little bit
Never burn our food. Delivery is always fast! We use the coupon deals so dinner for 7 people is so much cheaper than any other place!

I accidentally put in the wrong address (FULLY MY FAULT SO SORRY) and they were fully willing to help if i didn’t recieve my food, luckily I did! Very good and still hot after a bit of a walk

Every single time we order pizza, there is practically no sauce. We repeatedly try ordering “extra sauce” and you maybe get a little extra but it’s still a mediocre amount, less than what every other dominos on the planet uses for a normal amount. I swear it’s like the employees skimp on the sauce like it’s coming out of their own paycheck or something.

I called two days in advance to schedule 16 pizzas to be delivered at 9:30 pm to a local Oconomowoc wedding venue. I waited outside for 20 minutes waiting for the delivery. I called Dominos at 9:45 pm and they told me they had 2 other places to deliver to that evening with large orders as well. I told the person on the phone to have the manager call me the next day. No phone call. Our driver showed up at 9:55 pm with cold pizzas. Very disappointing!! I do not recommend this Dominos location.
