I tried ordering loaded hashbrowns and the staff had no idea what I was saying and I couldn’t understand what they were saying at all either. The coffee I ordered didn’t even taste like the coffee I get from other locations. Very disappointed with staff and service at this location.

Went this morning (7-31-2025) @5:40ish am I had a Reward for a free donut and staff wasn’t understanding or listening that I was using it. wasted way more time than needed and had an attitude about it but the real issue is that I found mold on my wrap Of course it was the last bite so who knows how much mold I missed and digested into my body This is just unexpected Definitely won’t be back I tried to think of other possible options of what it could be but nothing else could be blue around the food area

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Their coffee is delicious, and their donuts are fantastic. There are only 3 places I go for coffee in this town, and Dunkin is on top of the list.

Drunken donuts has really gone down hill since I was a kid I just got the new mangolada amd it sucks not even close to a real maxican mangolada disappointed I liked the good old days when they made good donutes fresh in store

I've had disappointing experiences with this Dunkin’ Donuts. The donuts have been hard, stale, or had unpleasant glazing.Flavors have been inconsistent, and quality control is lacking.I hope the manager will improve their products and provide fresher, better-tasting donuts.
This Dunkin doughnuts is a fraud location. They half ass everything you order and they don’t even have a working store phone number to call. Wonder why?

Went on my lunch break to grab a coffee and I wanted to get an iced coffee with just half-and-half creamer and when I went to get my drink and left when I tasted my drink. They put sugar in it and I am diabetic and I cannot have that in my drink, thoroughly disappointed when I called back, they asked me to come back in which I could not but just frustrating to no end if you have diabetes watch out for this location

My friend and I had a great experience with a worker- I regret that I didn't catch her name but she had great costumer service and was a great help/worker!! (Also, Dunkin/manager, you should always have at least 2 people working due to rushes and walk-ins!)
