Every single time I go in here after a mobile order and AFTER confirming my name in person…they give me someone else’s drink. I’m allergic to dairy- so it’s a complete waste of time and money.

The young girl that was making our order was very nice. Her whole mood and body language changed when a 30's Black gentleman came out from the back. Then she told me she didn't have what was needed to make my wife's coffee. You have to substitute a different choice. Then he tried to make what the girl and I discussed Not sure what he did, but it wasn't what we talked about. He may have tried to make the original and just substitute the syrup, but the two just don't blend at all. The app doesn't do everything to get credit for extra points. Had to buy my item while inside the location. The guy was very impatient.. just not a good experience. If I didn't like the coffee I wouldn't go back. Muffins are not the same.. God awful now!Parking: Plenty parking noone there at all.

AWFUL. Do not go here. Paid $10 for a large ICED late with 5 shots. They only put 2 shots in and NO ice. They would not remake my drink or give me money back. They are so cheap as owners and the customer never gets what they want. They don’t know the recipes and put whatever they want in a drink. They never include the sticker on the drink like they should. But I mobile ordered so I have the receipt on the app.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to my sandwich was burnt and my coffee tasted horrible and the service was terrible they didn't even acknowledge me for roughly 10 minutes if I could give it zero stars I would another thing was they weren’t even busy there was Mabey one car in the drive through and I was the only one inside so there is no reason for it to be this bad

Literal trash everytime I’ve come since the 2 new guys started. Mess up my coffee everytime, they don’t listen, forget half your order and are rude as hell. Get new employees or this Dunkin’s going to go to hell.

Today was my 3rd time visiting. Neither was good. Ordered breakfast, the sandwich was OK but both of our hashbrowns only had 5 tiny overcooked peices. On my last visit I had to have my drink fixed 4 times. My visit before that was so horrible that the whole story could take forever to tell. I won't be

I was in town over the weekend for an event. Visited twice. Both times these guys were out of at least one thing I ordered. Both times, they were also out of the first thing the offered as a replacement. Dunkin seems to be a pretty simple business model, it takes a real lack of care to screw it up as bad as these guys have. Time to sell your franchise to someone who has their heart in it!
I love dunkin donuts but this location is struggling so bad. No manager on site when I asked if I could speak to one to help the girl with scanning my app. There's also a huge language barrier it seems every time I go there and my drink is never made how it should be. Send them some help!

Horrible place to go these days. They don’t listen to your customizations. They burn food every time. The people who take orders barely speak English let alone understand what we say. I ordered 1 drink and the guy didn’t charge the people in front of me so he charged me for their food and my drink! He tried sending me off without a receipt so I asked for it and he had to get it out of the garbage and I told him I want my money back and no manager in site and he didn’t know what to do! He never gave me the correct amount back because he didn’t do the math! Horrible place to go. It should be shut down if they can’t hire properly and never have a manager in the building.

PARENTS - do not let your children work here. This is a very poorly run business. My child was paid incorrectly more than once, often worked with no manager including having to close the store alone at 15 years old. We never received a W2 for tax purposes. I called several times and went into the store and the manager was never there and we never received the form. DO NOT WORK HERE.
