The food was fine, but the service was unexpectedly unpleasant. The male employee who took my order (manager?) seemed irritated by my choice to get a Little John with only cheese. He even barked at me about not having day-old bread, then reacted with visible frustration by throwing the bread down when I confirmed my order. When the sandwich was ready, he tossed it onto the counter toward me. The whole interaction felt unnecessary and unwarranted, which made the experience uncomfortable.

NOT FREAKY FAST!! Took almost an hour to have my order delivered. The toasted sub was cold and bread was rubbery (like it had been sitting for awhile). Better off going to a different sub restaurant.

Was sitting at Noodles and Company and watched one of the employees vape while working with food. Absolutely would not eat here EVER. The owner should be horribly embarrassed by this.

I eat at Jimmy John’s all the time and never had any issues. I placed my order online and came in and they had no bread. How do you not have bread during a lunch rush? They told me it would 30 minutes for my sandwich and I told them I’m on my lunch break and don’t have that time and was very hungry. The staff then proceeded to act disrespectful. The woman slicing the meat made a jab at me about how she doesn’t get breaks so it must be nice. I work food service as a second job and have never spoken to a customer in that way. There was only one gentleman that was understanding and kind and I didn’t catch his name. To add to it all, everyone was just standing around doing nothing instead of trying to expedite my order.

Everytime I order from this location, it takes over an hour to arrive after it’s been marked as on the way. Literally so ridiculous.

Freaky fast and totally wrong. I don't even know what this is, I ordered a #15, this looks like dog food. My son got his sub but couldn't finish it because it was not good. I threw away $20 of sandwiches. This isn't rocket science.

The slowest and worst service ever. One person in front of me and 2 ordered behind me. I waited 18 minutes for my food, while the 2 people behind me got their orders first. I asked if my order was missed and they said no, you are up next. Hmm, not toasted, nothing special. 3 employees, one at register and attempting to make sandwiches, and one just kind of hanging out. Won’t be back.

Unsanitary situation. I ordered a #2 on Sunday 9/15/2024 in shop around 12:45 pm. While waiting for my sandwich I was near the end of the line after getting my drink. While the team who was making sandwiches were chatting with each other the worker at the middle of the line opened their mouth and a piece of chewing gum fell out. They attempted to catch the gum and it made contact with their gloved hand. The gum ended up on the ground. I watched closely and this individual did not change gloves, and continued making orders.

I did appreciate the fact that they issued me a full cash refund with no hesitation. I offered to pay for the drink but they refunded the full order amount. I pointed out what I had observed and the individual who had the gum dropping incident did change gloves.

The individual running the register didn't know how to make the refund, so they were assisted by the person at the front of the line. This person had their right hand on bread ready to make sandwiches and was tapping the register screen with their left gloved hand. They returned with both hands to the next loaf of bread, after contacting the cash register. They did then change gloves, but only after touching the bread.

I worked at a Jimmy Johns in my late teens and early twenties and we upheld an impeccable standard of cleanliness and food safety. I'm a huge JJ's fan, and have never seen this type of offense in any other location I've visited.

If you own this franchise you'll see a refunded transaction for $11 dollars and change in cash at around the time and date I noted in the beginning of this review. The exact order was for a #2 add cheese, extra mayo, ez mustard, and a large fountain drink. You should review food safety standards with your staff.

Not sure what’s going on at this location, seem we are freaky slow lately. have had three straight orders over the last month that have taken 45-60 minutes from when it’s “out for delivery” and delivery address is 4 minutes away. Switching to Cousins….

If I wanted to wait 12 minutes for my sandwich, I’d go to Panera. Isn’t Jimmy John’s supposed to be fast?

Slowest service of any JJ I’ve ever been to. I literally waited 18min for one single sub. The workers have zero urgency to make your food as they continue making sandwiches for I’m assuming large online orders even though you only have one sub you’re waiting on. Other locations usually have your sub made by the time you walk to the end of the counter. Not here. You WILL wait even if all you need is a crumb.

Went and ordered a combo meal for my wife and then a piece of baked French bread, which is advertised on their menu. Staff refused to sell me a piece of bread stating that they often run low or out prior to closing and can't waste it on me. Told me to come back in the morning when they open. If you are going to permit this then remove the bread from your menu. Pasted a screenshot below. It's not the customer's fault the store doesn't bake enough bread. Lost a customer.
