Walked in, attempted to order but the guy behind the counter couldn't look up from his phone to notice us standing there. Waited 5 minutes and ended up leaving. January 5 2026. Walked in at 7:55, left at 8.

It’s unfortunate this Jimmy John’s is my hometown Jimmy John’s. Every time we come here they are always super slow. Definitely not freaky fast. Ordered for pickup and they had probably 15 min head start. Got there and waited another 10 min. They had one person making sandwiches and two other people milling around. There were 3 people in the shop waiting on pickups.

Delayed delivery, like so many others here, seems to be the norm for this location. Well over an hour to deliver a few sandwiches to a house under 2 miles away on a Saturday afternoon.

This location is horrible. The third time in 6 weeks they have no bread and then have an attitude about it! Won’t be back

I saw a guy filling the soda machine.Ice container with a secondary bucket of ice.He got from somewhere, he poured the ice in and then he leveled it off with the bottom of the bucket, which is the part of the bucket.That touches the dirty floor yucky

On Friday I ordered a lunch while leaving the hospital and going to my office to finish working thinking it would save me time on going to get some lunch. An hour and a half later I called the store to see where my delivery was and he said, oh they are driving around, should be there soon. 2 hours I waited for my meal. None of the instructions on my order were followed, sandwich wasn't made correctly, or cut, and they gave me diet coke instead of regular. The instructions also listed the suite to deliver to and where to leave it. I can see out the window, the driver walked in and threw the bag on a table near the entrance of our building. We have hundreds of people coming and going from our building in a day, so I leave those instructions for a reason. Our door is literally the first door when you walk in, so not difficult to find. I'm so disappointed in how this store operates and the time it takes to deliver. I wouldn't be as upset if the order was at least made and delivered correctly. This place is ran by incompetent people who really dont care about customers.

This visit and last visit ordered way ahead and not ready both times.And the food was not good each visit.Staff was rude also.

Not happy at all with their timing for delivery. I work about 1.5 miles from Jimmy Johns, and it took them an HOUR to deliver my sandwich and chips!! Will never order from Oconomowoc Jummy John's again...

The food was fine, but the service was unexpectedly unpleasant. The male employee who took my order (manager?) seemed irritated by my choice to get a Little John with only cheese. He even barked at me about not having day-old bread, then reacted with visible frustration by throwing the bread down when I confirmed my order. When the sandwich was ready, he tossed it onto the counter toward me. The whole interaction felt unnecessary and unwarranted, which made the experience uncomfortable.

NOT FREAKY FAST!! Took almost an hour to have my order delivered. The toasted sub was cold and bread was rubbery (like it had been sitting for awhile). Better off going to a different sub restaurant.

Was sitting at Noodles and Company and watched one of the employees vape while working with food. Absolutely would not eat here EVER. The owner should be horribly embarrassed by this.

I eat at Jimmy John’s all the time and never had any issues. I placed my order online and came in and they had no bread. How do you not have bread during a lunch rush? They told me it would 30 minutes for my sandwich and I told them I’m on my lunch break and don’t have that time and was very hungry. The staff then proceeded to act disrespectful. The woman slicing the meat made a jab at me about how she doesn’t get breaks so it must be nice. I work food service as a second job and have never spoken to a customer in that way. There was only one gentleman that was understanding and kind and I didn’t catch his name. To add to it all, everyone was just standing around doing nothing instead of trying to expedite my order.

Everytime I order from this location, it takes over an hour to arrive after it’s been marked as on the way. Literally so ridiculous.
