Been coming to this McDonalds for years, as it is a mile from my house. I get breakfast before heading to work almost every day Mon-Fri. The morning staff knows me, my car, and that I have an online order every time I swing through. I always order on the app to get the best prices and deals. Today (Sunday) I come in on my day off and get accused of trying to trick them or attempting to steal from them. I placed my order online with the app and drove to the restaurant, like I always do. I was the only car in the drive through, I got up to the menu and they couldn't find my order. Told me to come up to the second window where I showed the manager my phone. The order was clearly active and I was charged. I offered to show my PayPal statement and my Bank statement, but they declined. The manager came back and said the order was timed out somehow. Ok, well I handed her my phone and it was clearly not canceled. Made me pull up to the 1st stall and waited 5mins before somebody came out to hand me my food. Order was completed and I was charged. The whole situation, made me feel like I was being accused of stealing. Unacceptable response from staff, need to problem solve before straight up telling people they did something wrong when they clearly didn't. I didn't come during a busy time, there was no breakfast rush. Not sure why people were so freaked out about it.

Just went in for a late dinner and worst experience I've had at a McDonald's. Fries were stale with no salt, ordered a big mac with no pickles and got it plain, asked for a mc chicken and it was plain as well literally the only good thing was the drink. The managers need to do something about this or just shut your 24hr service down if you can't give decent service.

I have to say that McDonald's has earned my praise. Although the atmosphere is hectic most of the time, the staff remains friendly. A few cooks may need to monitor their volume, but overall, it's a wonderful McDonald's. The service is always fast, and the food is hot. It's essential to be patient and kind to those working there. Remember that they showed up to work today.

Staff is very rude. They'll put all the lobby chairs up, which is a universal sign that the lobby is closed, then when you go to the drive through to pick up a mobile order they refuse to give it to you and you have to go inside but you'll have to wait 5-10 minutes and hope and employee helps you. If you need an alternative the taco bell down the street is super nice and fast.

two days in a row I watched an employee takes several minutes to put three bag sealing stickers on a carry-out order. these people working for Uber Eats and doordash aren't going to accept McDonald's orders anymore because these people stand around for 15 minutes for a $4 tip watching them put stickers on bags. these people are moving in slow motion the entire time they are there. yeah I know they are kids but when I was a kid I would have been fired if I was screwing around and touching my face and mouth constantly while handling food and being so slow then if I was going any slower I'd be going backwards. the manager was trying to help but bumping into these kids constantly because they weren't paying attention to what they were doing. the kids were constantly complaining two other customers waiting for orders that they can't find people when they called their order and they say oh well I guess the orders just going to sit here they didn't hear me. well I could barely hear that girl's voice so I'm sure the customer didn't hear them either. but by God just speed up this is supposed to be fast food

Play space is great but was 82 degrees when we went, warm day in March so guessing the AC wasn't on or working. Staff was responsive to cleaning up a mess in the play space after being alerted.
