I dont understand why its so hard for this store to function properly. I only go here when theres no one else around and my food is always made wrong. With signs advertising 18-22 bucks and hour you'd think food could get made right especially when the food is all plain.
To put the icing on the cake I went again today, only car in the drive thru, basically barren parking lot. I order my food. Never have a problem with the people taking the order. But I get parked for my measly 3 things. Get my food basically immediately after get parked so what was the point. The guy basically throws my food at me and runs inside. Look in the bag and my sandwiches aren't even wrapped up and the fries are upside down. Its whatever at this point because you don't even get credit anymore. Get home to find the corner of my bag was soggy and all my food is on the ground. Its one thing to make food wrong when you're busy but when you're maybe one of 3 people ordering to have it made wrong, not wrapped properly and to give me a water soaked bag on top of it. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else

Stopped by for a late night/early morning meal. There was what appeared to be one employee running the store but she was super friendly and way more helpful than any other 24 hr late night employee I've met at the few 24br McDonald's still around

Been coming to this McDonalds for years, as it is a mile from my house. I get breakfast before heading to work almost every day Mon-Fri. The morning staff knows me, my car, and that I have an online order every time I swing through. I always order on the app to get the best prices and deals. Today (Sunday) I come in on my day off and get accused of trying to trick them or attempting to steal from them. I placed my order online with the app and drove to the restaurant, like I always do. I was the only car in the drive through, I got up to the menu and they couldn't find my order. Told me to come up to the second window where I showed the manager my phone. The order was clearly active and I was charged. I offered to show my PayPal statement and my Bank statement, but they declined. The manager came back and said the order was timed out somehow. Ok, well I handed her my phone and it was clearly not canceled. Made me pull up to the 1st stall and waited 5mins before somebody came out to hand me my food. Order was completed and I was charged. The whole situation, made me feel like I was being accused of stealing. Unacceptable response from staff, need to problem solve before straight up telling people they did something wrong when they clearly didn't. I didn't come during a busy time, there was no breakfast rush. Not sure why people were so freaked out about it.

Just went in for a late dinner and worst experience I've had at a McDonald's. Fries were stale with no salt, ordered a big mac with no pickles and got it plain, asked for a mc chicken and it was plain as well literally the only good thing was the drink. The managers need to do something about this or just shut your 24hr service down if you can't give decent service.
