It took forever to get the order placed . The people where so rude and had both headphones in. They where rushing us to order and when we where finally done with ordering our pizza it took over 10 minutes just to pay. There where two people working and both people where awful with evorything. Out pizza didnt get put into the oven until we payed and the food was cold.

This lady took ages to make my pizza. I had very little time to get to where I need to be. This was quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had in a MOD pizza establishment. There was a total of six workers and only one was serving food I do not recommend, she was very rude when I didn’t know what sauce I wanted as well. The only problem I really have with this place besides the corporate decision to go completely crazy politically is that the store doesn't have any bags. If you order a bunch of salads or something they have nothing to put them in and they said they haven't had bags for a long time so I don't know what's going on with that. Employees seem to care and one of them is super nice but I can't remember her name, white girl with really cool Hair Works in the afternoons. I gave her an Uber ride to work and she tipped the hell out of me. The place smelled so good I came back a little later in the week to get a pizza and I think she prepped it I wasn't really paying attention but it was pretty good. Their pizzas are the perfect size for your stomach not for your eyes. The food is enough especially if you get a side salad. Prices are outrageous but it's more than what you'd expect to pay, but you're not getting pizza like this at other places with all the special toppings.

Wow they were bought out and you can definitely tell. This place has gone down hill. I couldn’t believe how dirty this place was . The bathroom was nasty!! Take care of this place or close the doors!

We went in at 8pm, they close at 11. Half the store had the tables flipped or chairs removed so you couldn't sit at them & almost all of the rest were flipped before we got our pizza. The person making our pizzas paid more attention to coworkers & friends he had sitting in the dining room than us. After waiting 5 minutes to pay for our food, he loudly yelled, I was talking to my manager. Nobody working in that shop other than 2 employees, a guy in the back & the girl making dough, was taking the customers seriously. Our pizzas were out of the oven & boxed up before asking if we were dining in or offering drizzle. We both wanted them drizzled but since they were already boxed, didn't ask. The employees yelled to each other, swearing & flipping each other off while we were eating. This was THE WORST experience I have ever had eating any where.

I had an amazing experience at MOD Pizza! The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. As for the 3 pizzas and 2 salads I had ordered they might have been the best pizzas and salads I’ve ever had.
What really made my visit stand out, though, was the service. A worker named Sergio went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. He was friendly, patient, and clearly takes pride in his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for customers. Workers like Sergio are what make a place memorable—he’s a true asset to the MOD team.
If you’re looking for great pizza and even better service, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back! 5/5 would recommend!

This place took me about 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive an online order of 2 pizzas and cheese sticks, I was told a 15 minute wait but it was a fraction, a man with a black dodgers hat told me my food will Be right out once I got there i proceeded to wait 50 minutes and nothing.

Look, I understand that there is pressure when a store is slammed and busy. I have sympathy for that because I’ve been in that situation and it is not fun. However, being busy is NOT an excuse for everything that happened while I waited an hour for my food.
The four employees looked like they would rather be anywhere else. Again, I understand the stress of being busy. However, I also believe that customer service is a necessary part of a good work ethic. We were talked to with blank faces, flat tones, and hardly any eye contact. I was dumbfounded with the lack of effort put behind the work that was being done. For the way they were “super backed up,” there was zero sense of urgency. Do better. Not only this, we heard the phone ring about four or five times. Not once was the phone answered. Again; yes you’re busy, but make. an. effort.
There was a moment when a man who was picking up a DoorDash order came in. He was told there would be a wait for the food, and, in understanding, he left. About twenty minutes later, he came back and was told there was still a wait. This time, also understandably, he became frustrated and an argument broke out between him and an employee whose name was Russel, I believe. The employee ended up following this man outside to fight, and my boyfriend and another gentleman followed after and made the employee come back inside. All the while, his coworkers showed no sign of alarm, and did not try to stop their coworker. Disappointing.
Not to mention that the whole store was a disaster. The floors were vile, covered in dirt and used napkins. I didn’t get a close look at any of the counters, and I don’t know if I’d like to imagine what they were like. After Russel came back inside from his argument, he was on duty for the oven (he did not wash his hands after coming back). A few times he knocked his tools over, and those were left unwashed as well.
All in all, a very upsetting and disappointing experience. When you hire someone, make sure that they’re going to do a job well done, and that they can handle stress.

Ordered 40 minutes ago still waiting, employee was extremely immature and went outside to pick a fight with a customer who was not happy about there service, phone rang about 4 or 5 times not a single person picked up very methodical employees with no decency to work hard or even to pretend to. Very sad, don’t like to leave bad reviews but it was honestly embarrassing to watch the employees
