i placed an order online and could NOT get a hold of them for 4 hours to adjust the order.

Everything was great, especially the lady at the counter younger blonde lady was so nice and welcoming, I had a question about the artichoke in one of the dish
es and she even looked it up on her phone and showed me exactly what was going to be used and she let me take off the other dish and try the one I was leary of and it was delicious. She went above and beyond and I will definitely be coming back!!! Great place!!!!

Great food and service!

Food is always hot and delicious, staff are friendly and there with a smile. It can be a wait sometimes but that happens during dinner time. Best noodles and company around.

Quick service. Food was average.

Missing a marinara sauce for the cheese bread. We made alterations to the order (like removing mushrooms and added the jalapeños) but none of the entrees came the way we ordered them(just the standard order). Thankfully none of us were allergic to items, just more disappointed. Hopefully just a bad night for orders, but will be checking much more closely in the future.

Friendly and fast!

Noodles and Company has always been a nice spot to go to. My favorite is the Pad Thai, which is what I order 90% of the time I go. I’ve never had issues with service, I would suggest this location cleans the store a little better though. Although not pictured, the restaurant was pretty dirty with grime and crumbs on the floor and some of the tables. My girlfriend got the penne dish, she found a lot of different noodles that shouldn’t have been in the dish. The food is still enjoyable, I guess I would just stick to delivery for now though.

Food handling has been a disappointment.
I usually don't post, but at this point I think I should.
Over several orders (at least 5) we have either not gotten what we ordered. In some cases including substitution for dishes with mushrooms. With note my husband is allergic to mushrooms.
We always have to ask for extra sauce since whatever we order seems to be lacking and are charged for it, yet we don't receive it.
I have always tipped 20% because I thought I should appreciate the people there that are "working hard to prepare my meal", but I guess they really aren't.
We will no longer be going to this location.

Paid extra for both feta and parm, received neither on my penne rosa. Otherwise decent experience. I think they were training new hires, the staff seemed disorganized and Confused. Several orders from other customers were taken back with minor errors or missing ingredients.
Not bad, but not great.
