Noodles and Company

Noodles and Company has always been a nice spot to go to. My favorite is the Pad Thai, which is what I order 90% of the time I go. I’ve never had issues with service, I would suggest this location cleans the store a little better though. Although not pictured, the restaurant was pretty dirty with grime and crumbs on the floor and some of the tables. My girlfriend got the penne dish, she found a lot of different noodles that shouldn’t have been in the dish. The food is still enjoyable, I guess I would just stick to delivery for now though.

Food handling has been a disappointment.
I usually don't post, but at this point I think I should.
Over several orders (at least 5) we have either not gotten what we ordered. In some cases including substitution for dishes with mushrooms. With note my husband is allergic to mushrooms.
We always have to ask for extra sauce since whatever we order seems to be lacking and are charged for it, yet we don't receive it.
I have always tipped 20% because I thought I should appreciate the people there that are "working hard to prepare my meal", but I guess they really aren't.
We will no longer be going to this location.

Paid extra for both feta and parm, received neither on my penne rosa. Otherwise decent experience. I think they were training new hires, the staff seemed disorganized and Confused. Several orders from other customers were taken back with minor errors or missing ingredients.

Disappointed in my recent visit. Ordered regular size pasta and was given a small. Chicken was also extra dry. Didn’t realize until I was home. Overall not a huge deal but disappointing.

Food came out luke warm at best. They had 6 employees on and the gender-neutral bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Maybe the dirtiest bathroom I've seen in a long time. Old crusty urine on the floor by the urinal, and the floor looks like it hadn't been mopped in weeks. Definitely won't be back to this store.

The quality of the food has gone down here. The last time I was here, I got buttered noodles and the seemed old and dry. Also wish they would bring back the brisket as an add on!!Can't reply to to restaurant reply. I did go to the link they "offered to make it right," didn't do anything to make anything right and was just a another place to offer my opinion. Won't go back to that restaurant.Bad customer service. Just lip service!!

Keith is AWESOME - I messed up a whole order on the app and he just fixed everything and made it absolutely seamless and easy while I was flustered and embarrassed about it. My mistake and he was more than happy to fix it all making my night so much better. Keith needs a raise!
