I met this gentlemen at the counter greeted me and had my food all ready to go chat with the guy for 5 Mins had a lovely experience back at Pizza hut. The guy wrote a nice enjoy on my recept pizza came out Peferct thanks pizza guy with the Brown Bucks hat

Meh, the staff was meh, the food was subpar, the wings didn't even taste like garlic parmesan. Pizza huts are going down!

they are rude and liars and don't deliver their pizzas and then when you call for them they act like you never ordered I wouldn't recommend this particular Pizza Hut to a dog

Would not recommend this place anymore, we ordered delivery and online said we should expect it by 6:22, I call at 7:05 and the man who answered said he will have to call his delivery driver and see where he is. Online shows it was delivered and no food here. How does your driver go missing for over a half hour and no one notices. And no promise of making it right or getting us our food.

Pizza was Delicious! Price was right! Pizzas were ready timely. Staff was very polite abd friendly. No air-conditioning...so pickup only! Not sure how the cooks stand it for so many weeks!

No AC, no customer service, and no pizza. Other than that, my family had a wonderful visit.

The store changed owners recently and they have succeeded in driving it into the ground in regards to quality of food and service.

The last time we ordered (and actually got the order instead of having them cancel it after waiting 65 minutes for carryout), the pizza and breadsticks were barely edible. I had to get the pizza out of the hotbox myself because nobody even showed up to the counter when I arrived.

Pizza Hut asked me to take a survey and I requested someone from the location reach out to my regarding their poor service. Nobody ever did. They clearly do not care about their long-time regular customers, the quality of their food, or their level of customer service.

Stopped in to Pizza Hut today. Mid-afternoon and was Greeted by a young lady That says, what do you want?
And I responded. I would like to sit down and eat and she says we don't have anybody here that can help you so I left. I don't understand how the doors are open. Nobody's in the restaurant eating, if You don't have anybody there to serve the customer. Why are your doors even open? Close the doors and say not open for business. It's strange whenever I do walk into a Pizza Hut. There is nobody sitting down and eating. Why is that? Sorry to say that I won't be going back to the oconmowoc pizza hut ever again.

Good Pizza & Breadsticks

Ordered two pizzas for carry out. Staff was extremely friendly. Pizzas were exactly how I ordered them. Very delicious. Thank you for the hard work! Keep it up!
