Pizza Hut

My order was exactly how I ordered it. Everything tasted great. When I picked it up Nikita acknowledged me right away and didn’t make me wait. She was very friendly and welcoming. Great experience I look forward to my next order.

Very poor service. Two guys working. 5-8 customers waiting for pizzas. Two walked out. Phone rang, never picked it up. Watched one individual sit in a booth for 20 minutes waiting for his order only to find out it was in the warmer the whole time.

We ordered one topping pepperoni pizza and one taco pizza. Picture shows the taco pizza. Went back and the gentleman told me… oh yeah… it’s missing chips, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, etc. Had sausage on it, didn’t order sausage. The other pizza was not hand-tossed, but my kids were hungry. Never again!

Called at 6:05 and was treated extremely rudely. I grew up going to this Pizza Hut.....horrible customer service.

Probably time to just close this one down. Gave it one last chance tonight after several debacles of awful service and subpar food...and it was more of the same. Pizza was an hour late (even though it was carryout), and employees didn't care and were letting profanities fly for all to hear. Go literally anywhere else.

This place has really gone down hill. The customer service is basically non existent. The app or online ordering is awful! Very disappointing the last 2 times I've tried to order.

I ordered my food at 5:48 and it did not get delivered to me until 7:40. I called twice to try to check the status on my order and was told the second time that they were closed even though I placed an order with them well over an hour before that. I tried to find out what was happening with my food and the guy mumbled something about a manager. If it wasn’t for my DoorDash driver sticking it out for me, I probably would have never gotten my food or even a refund. And they forgot to include the marinara for my breadsticks. By then I didn’t even want the pizza anymore. Super disappointing.

Nikita was wonderful! Unfortunately she did not have enough help tonight. Pizza was good, I’m confident I would not have got any pizza if if were not for her. Thank you

Dominoes is better, cheaper, and faster. Never getting Pizza Hut again. I see a lot of reviews recently about new owners driving this location into the ground, I was unaware of the new owners but…I agree!

We placed an online order tonight and received the best pizza, wings, and cheese bread — everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. We asked for double mushrooms on the pizza... and they actually gave us double mushrooms! It's rare that a special request is followed so perfectly, and we really appreciated it.

Big shoutout to Ms. Aisha as well — she was so sweet and helpful on the phone. Great food, great service — we’ll definitely be ordering again!

Can we please fire this new owner? He's going to drive this place into the ground. I have called 3 times on days buffet should be served only to be told they aren't having it and he's beyond rude about it.
