QDOBA Mexican Eats

This location keeps getting worse and the prices keep increasing.

Came here 20 minutes after opening at 10:50am and the front door is covered in greasy finger prints, the restroom is dirty, the dining room floor is sticky and has crumbs all over. Clearly nothing was cleaned last night or before they opened today as it wasn’t busy already today.

The chicken was lukewarm, the cashier was leaning on the register ringing me up like he couldn’t stand and barely spoke.

I can’t believe I am saying this but I cannot wait until the Chipotle in Oconomowoc is built. This Qdoba used to be my favorite, but over the last several months, it has gone downhill. Every time I come in the workers will make eye contact with you, but will not acknowledge you’re there. They have anywhere from 3 to 6 workers at a time, however all of them spend their time talking behind the line to each other or completing future orders. I have never encountered such terrible customer service and it only seems to be getting worse. This place will surely close once the chipotle is opened if they do not turn things around quickly. I’m truly disappointed because I really believed Qdoba was always better than chipotle but I will happily pay extra for guacamole just to have better service.

First was freezing cold in there and had to leave early. Food was OK. They were skimpy to say the least. Awkward seating. Just not my thing.

This location needs to get their act together. There is no reason i should be waiting for my mobil order for 15minutes when my food was completed but just on a back table. When they arent busy is it that hard to ask who is waiting for their food???? Lacking some simple common sense. Makes me think driving to johnsons creek os definitely worth it. This isnt the first time.

Have been coming here for years and typically order the same thing. this location has recently disappointed me with portion sizes. $30 for two large drinks and two fist sized burritos is unacceptable

This 35 year old lady with blonde highlights gave me barely any chicken to my burrito so I ask just to add a little more. Was all good tell I see they make me pay 4$ more for “double chicken” I told them I didn’t get double chicken but she told them to keep it double. The amount I was given was no way near the amount of chicken worth making double. She was moving fast and didn’t care. Do better

4/25/25 It's absolutely dirty, doors and windows full of finger prints, tables filthy its 445pm and there's plenty of staff. They also now don't carry straws. Staff seems super annoyed at guests.

The food was okiah. I was amused that they still had Christmas decorations out and up in the dining area. The trash was overflowing.

They will sit and make to go orders while 10+ customers stand in line waiting to have orders taken. Prioritize face to face

Excellent service and delicious food just off the highway. Stop by to grab a quick bite. It's always quick and fresh.

Went to this location for the first time around 6 p.m. last night. Waited in line for 45 minutes to get food. Staff was not friendly and hard to understand, never said hello or thank you for waiting.
Even the young man at the register seemed bothered to be there.
Our food was very mediocre. The tortilla on the burrito was chewy and hard to eat as a wrap or to try to cut with a knife. The Fajita Veggie Bowl was not great either. The Diet Coke and Dr. Pepper tasted funny, like the mix wasn't right. When we went to leave couldn't even put our garbage in the trash because it was overflowing. I wish we would have read all of the bad reviews about this location beforehand. I will never go back here, much better food and service at the Delafield or Waukesha locations.

Staff was great, the rest was meh.

I came with two other people and was attempting to order 3 bowls and I asked to make them a meal. The food was delicious but there was a bit of a lapse communication which lead to confusion and frustration

This location sucks, they're greedy and don't care about you, i was charged for guac and a cheesy crusted quesadilla but didn't get the cheesy crust or guac, when i said it was fine as long as they took the $4 off he said he can't do that and didn't try to make it up at all. the poor management and lazy kids working make it a terrible qdoba location
