I was there yesterday with my wife February 14th at 5:00 are waitress was sort of nice but are garlic bread was krusty hard burnt so she brought us new garlic bread at the end of the night it was comfortable in the beginning but then it got very cold inside ? we wanted a booth couldn't get one they told us it was reserved and nobody came to claim it ? ..

Seemed to be a slower night and only ordered 3 items in our carry out order. They forgot one of the main meals. My wife called back to ask for a refund on the card for the 1 item since I had already gotten home and they refused. She talked to the manager and he was pretty rude kinda hung up on her while she was still talking and only offered to deliver it to the house which at that point she had already shared one of the dishes we did bring home. Took a half hour to get my 17 dollar chicken Ceasar salad delivered and it was poor quality like it had been sitting out under a heat lamp since my original order. They should have at least remade it. Generally great food spot and accidents happen, but the way it was handled was poor customer service.
Thank you for catering my baby shower over the weekend! The food was delivered on time by friendly staff, and was served hot and delicious. We got lots of compliments from our guests. I really appreciate the great service. Thank you!

Great selection of Italian food here. The pizza has been the most consistently good pizza since we started picking up a few years ago. Plenty of toppings and always cooked to perfection. This has been our go to when we want a delicious high quality pizza in Lake Country.
