We had 3 pigs processed here this past fall. The hams were not cured properly, hams were cut and hamsteaks sliced, easy to see that they weren’t done properly but they wrapped them and didn’t say anything. When we brought one in to show them we were told they’d process for free next time, but I can’t chance having another 3 pigs worth of ruined meat. Bacon also turned out awful. Extremely disappointing all around as we’d heard great things.

Very disappointed! Quality is slightly above average. But wow - terrible customer service. Maybe they treat the locals with some dignity and respect. Not worth the drive from anywhere
