this is the WORST STARBUCKS! This Jean lady - the cashier. who took my order did not even make a follow up or check my order. I waited for 20 minutes for a brownie (one of my order - I bought mugs) and then said that they do not have a brownie! after making me wait for it. This Jean lady acts like its nothing - as i told her why did you not inform me in the first place. She acts like its ok to wait for 30 mins

Many complaints with the manager named Amy. Amy is disrespectful and rude towards the team. Shes not supportive towards her employees. Shes very mean towards her employees and Its very heartbreaking to watch and hear about. Please do better starbucks with choosing someone that is going to run the store. When the manager cant even do it herself. Also, the employees are not respectful aswell. This location is a disappointment towards Starbucks. Do better

The barista didn't even stir my drink all the way. I had to ask them to stir it. The 2nd drink wasn't even what I asked for. Learn to read ffs.

SLOW! Would have only given one star, but at least the drinks are consistent. There could only be two or three cars in the drive thru but you'll still be waiting for at least 15 to 20 mins. Especially if someone ordered food. I suggest just going to the next one down the road.
This is the worst Starbucks we have ever been too. We go to Starbucks all the time and most of them the employees are friendly, make conversation, and quick. We ordered inside because of a long line in drive thru. The barista made half of our order right away and then fulfilled orders of people behind us. We waited over 20 minutes for the other two drinks. When we asked about it, she was rude and condescending. Please train your employees better!!!

As a DoorDasher, my time is money. I've calculated that I'm on the clock at about 17 cents per minute, sometimes more, and a longer wait to pick up an order is another next order missed. I always show up on time or a few minutes early. Repeatedly at this location in particular, the items on my order are ready but they are not bagged to pick up. Today I spent nearly 15 minutes waiting for the order to be bagged. I'm not going to blame the staff because at 3:00 in the afternoon, the store was rather busy, so it seems that they are rather understaffed...although I will say that orders that were placed after my arrival we're being put out on the counter, so I'm wondering if there's some sort of priority level about DoorDash orders, although I wouldn't think they're should be.
