As a DoorDasher, my time is money. I've calculated that I'm on the clock at about 17 cents per minute, sometimes more, and a longer wait to pick up an order is another next order missed. I always show up on time or a few minutes early. Repeatedly at this location in particular, the items on my order are ready but they are not bagged to pick up. Today I spent nearly 15 minutes waiting for the order to be bagged. I'm not going to blame the staff because at 3:00 in the afternoon, the store was rather busy, so it seems that they are rather understaffed...although I will say that orders that were placed after my arrival we're being put out on the counter, so I'm wondering if there's some sort of priority level about DoorDash orders, although I wouldn't think they're should be.

I've had issues with this location in the past, but my attitude has changed. You need to be patient here. It's worth the wait. Order through the app during busy times.

I have been ordering from this location for a few years. I go probably twice a week. Always in the AM on my way to work, and always through their app. It’s always ready when I stop about 8 minutes later. My order is ALWAYS ready! Once or twice, my order hasn’t been correct, but the staff is always very prompt and apologetic when they have to make it right. My favs are the basil and blackberry drink, the lavender latte, and the BEST grilled cheese I’ve ever had! Management seems to be super efficient. The employees almost always say hello, and almost almost always say thank you! I feel valued!

If you went to wait 20 min in line behind only one car at 12:30pm have fun and go here. Slowest Starbucks in the planet. I can’t imagine what they do in the mornings.
Ordered online and when you order a drink with no ice you almost pay an extra dollar for that and they wanted to give me my cup alittle more than halfway full like what and then there acting like thats how it's suppose to be and one of the younger blonde girls said very rudly well what do you want me to do? And I'm like fill the cup all the way and they roll there eyes great customer service on christmas!!HAHA WHAT A JOKE

Ordered through drive thru at 10:06AM 11/29, guy who took our order took down an item incorrectly, when I told him he proceeded to blame us for ordering it wrong in a very aggressive manner. When he’s supposed to be the face of Starbucks, not a great look. Walked around like he had a chip on his shoulder, ruined a great morning we were having up until this point. Won’t be ordering again from this location if he is the one taking the order. Does not know how to separate emotions from the workplace. All jobs are frustrating at times, taking it out on paying customers should not be acceptable.

My least favorite location! Staff is always rude, they don't smile or seem to care. The drive thru window is always dirty and inside is dirty as well. Just poorly managed. Drinks are often made wrong and wait times are longer than other locations.
