I mobile ordered my drink and they made it completely wrong. There was no caramel drizzle and barely any caramel sauce at all. This location is known for making drinks incorrectly, and this definitely wasn’t the first time my order came out wrong.

I mobile ordered a hot chocolate and it took almost 30 minutes for me to get it. I understand they’re busy, but it was disappointing that people who came in and ordered got their drinks and food before I got my one drink.
Completely unorganized, and the employees are extremely rude. No matter what time you come, orders are often wrong. When you ask for the mistake to be corrected, the staff gives you an attitude and even talks about you right in front of you.
This has happened multiple times. Most recently, I was given the wrong drink. I politely explained that they wouldn’t need to remake it because I was willing to take the incorrect drink, but the employee still gave me an attitude and complained because the other drink would need to be remade.
Service is very slow, and when I order the same drinks, I’m charged a different price almost every time. Asking for a simple cup of ice feels like you’re asking for something outrageous—you’re reprimanded and made to feel uncomfortable for even being there.
I’ve received so many incorrect orders that it’s become routine for them to say they’re remaking them. Overall, this is one of the most unwelcoming and unprofessional establishments I’ve dealt with. Orders take an extremely long time, and if you ask whether the rest of your order is coming after waiting 10 minutes or more, you’re treated poorly. Very disappointing experience overall.

You have over five employees working at this location? How long does it take to make a chai and a slice of lemon bread?? I stood in line for over 10 minutes and cancel the order at 2:45pm and said screw it. It’s not worth it. This is the last time I’ll ever come to this location. Sticking With hillside Delafield never fails.

I visit this place almost every day, and today, I went to order my usual venti caramel brûlée latte. To my disappointment, it was only filled a little more than half way. If I could attach a photo, I would, but I’m quite disappointed.
The drive thru takes forever. I leave earlier every Friday to get my coffee and it takes longer every time. I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes this morning. By the time I left, the line was to the road.

Service was awful. Ordered a pumpkin spice latte and veggie sandwich. Wish I could show a picture of the sandwich they threw in the bag that was all fallen apart and literally made inside out.. the Spinach and tomatoes were on the outside of the sandwich and the bread was flipped around- it was a mess! Pretty sad when you're paying over $6 for a simple sandwich that all you have to do is heat up and put in a bag and can't even get that right.. on top of that I had to ask them to put the Whipped cream on my pumpkin latte.. that apparently to them completely all melted away and turned into latte foam within the 15sec. Of handing it to me.. seriously?? 6 people just standing around, no one cares about their quality of work or customer care anymore. This location is awful, no one seems to care about standards. What a waste of $13.

Drive through is extremely slow. Took 30 minutes and there was only 4 cars infront of me.
I bought a lemonade and lemonade loaf the loaf was great the drink was very flat and wartery

this is the WORST STARBUCKS! This Jean lady - the cashier. who took my order did not even make a follow up or check my order. I waited for 20 minutes for a brownie (one of my order - I bought mugs) and then said that they do not have a brownie! after making me wait for it. This Jean lady acts like its nothing - as i told her why did you not inform me in the first place. She acts like its ok to wait for 30 mins

Many complaints with the manager named Amy. Amy is disrespectful and rude towards the team. Shes not supportive towards her employees. Shes very mean towards her employees and Its very heartbreaking to watch and hear about. Please do better starbucks with choosing someone that is going to run the store. When the manager cant even do it herself. Also, the employees are not respectful aswell. This location is a disappointment towards Starbucks. Do better
