I prefer this TB to the other! As a person who overthinks everything…I literally go out of my way to get these guys some times…the other one is closer, but this one has a very consistent team that make great food!

Really would be more profitable to shut it down! The price to run this place with the way the staff treats it ain't worth it!

I love Taco Bell but I never get to go because my wife hates it. The one time I go and I'm free 2. They don't have any beef in a taco restaurant which is crazy first off. But on top of that ended up waiting an hour in the drive through line for a bag of chips and cheese and a two pack of the cinnabon delights

This Taco Bell continues to disappoint. Employees are rude. Orders are missing items. Food quality is straight trash. Like sorry to inconvenience you going through the drive thru and wanting a darn chalupa. Legit rudest fast food chain I’ve been to.

Went to order food through the drive-thru tonight. It was about 8 pm. About 3 employees were sitting outside just sitting on the sidewalk. We waited a little while before someone came to the intercom, welcomed us to Taco Bell, and then informed us that they had no food. I asked if they were closed and the employee said no but that they had run out of food. Looks like the employees are just sitting around, shooting the breeze, not working and getting paid for it. We were extremely disappointed. We used to like coming to this location but it's gone down hill.
rude coworkers don’t understand how to take a simple one item order with rewards app. Spend your money somewhere else unless you want to waste 15 minutes

Broken taco shells; shredded cheese was dry and hard; forgot the hot sauce even after reminded; mt. dew was unpalatable colored selzer water. Disgusting meal!!!
Literally ALWAYS get my order wrong and i am always missing at least 1 or 2 items. I feel like they owe me gas money at this point for the amount of times I've had to drive back to get my missing items. I get it if it's busy, I work in retail and understand the stress of busy times. but usually there is only one other car either in front or behind me. The employees are always nice I will say. Just wish they didn't get my order wrong every single time
Asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes anyways. Cashier was not very friendly

Food was good, just didn't like the contact high from the employee's standing out side by the garbage area smoking pot and smoking it by the door in the rear. I wonder if they realize the parking lot is shared with the Police Department? I suppose that's why it's called dope.
Like the others, I am unsure how many of us have to complain before Corporate does something. Just a rinse and repeat of everyone else's review. To add to the negative, last time I visited, the employees were openly arguing and threatening each other. I have had bad experiences at fast food, but never witnessed employees about to fight. Kinda wish they did, maybe the problem would have eliminated itself.
Every time I’m here they have a problem. They are either out of something or opening up late , for instance this morning they opened at 9 and I get there at 938 , a lady tells me they aren’t open yet and to give them 10 - 20ish minutes , this taco bell is the worst .
This is still the best Taco Bell in town. You just have to remember that fast food operations are simplified these days. Ordering is different now, and most places are short-handed. That's why I'm giving only a few stars for atmosphere. Sometimes, as customers, we create tension when things aren't done as quickly as we expect.
Long wait time, employees talking poorly about drivethrough customers, dirty lobby, and got my order wrong.
