The kid working was stoned out of his mind. Sat in the drive through for a solid 10 minutes and then pulled around front because our order was so messed up. First they forgot our sodas, and hot sauces. The worker gave us free cinnamon rolls to make up for it, and when I went inside to get them(and more sauce) the place was filthy. When I was walking out I happened to notice what looked like the manager was asleep at one of the tables. Before getting in the car I made sure to knock on the window and wake him up. To top it all off the food was ice cold. This place used to be good but is an absolute joke now.

i’ve tried getting the caramel apple empanada 3 times since it came out, not once have i gotten it. it doesn’t say they’re out, so what is going on. are y’all that lazy? if so people need to be fired. this latest time you also mixed up a good half the order. i don’t get it. if you can’t get your shit right just close already.

Where do we start. One manager is far too sensitive to the point where she storms out of a short staffed store for 30 minites, the other adds fuel to the fire, the old woman is disrespectful. Everyone does what they want leaves when they want. The GM is a joke who leaves disgusting messes for her crew to clean up in the bathroom. Not going into details. I can't wait to see the place close honestly.

This location sucks!!!! The staff seems to be just a bunch of losers. The food comes all messed up, takes forever and the place is dirty inside. The staff just don’t care.
I've been coming to this TBell for 20 years. The last 365 days have been the worst experience I've had at this dump. The night staff is outrageously disrespectful, high, and useless. They sit outside and smoke cigarettes most of the night. I've been told on multiple occasions that they can't make food, they are missing food items, they ran out of hot water, they don't have meat, their soda machines aren't working, etc. There's a lot more to say, but I'm not interested in sitting in court. If there is a crusty old Buick parked out front, you're in for a bad time. Visit the Summit Ave location if you want a proper and professional TBell experience.

I really wish I could give zero stars. We received the worst customer service and the food was awful. We sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and the guy at the speaker was very rude. The guy at the window was playing on his phone. He pretty much threw our bag out the window and almost forgot to give us our drinks. We got home and we got the completely wrong order. The filling of the tacos were on the outside and one of them had refried beans? The quesadilla was not cut. This Taco Bell should be shut down. The one on the other side of town is way better. We threw our whole order away… stay away from this location.
