Me and my friend went through the drive through 12/22/25 around 1 pm and the man at the drive through first of all he didn’t even say hello to me at all when I pulled up to the speaker just “go ahead with the order” and that’s not that deep, then he said “speak up” also not that deep but just overall not nice what so ever then when I pulled up to the window this man actually said nothing to me not a single word. I have always had a good experience at this Taco Bell but this made me not want to go here.

They barely put anything in my tacos 3/4 of it are just air. I tried calling to reach to ask what the hell is going on I got a hello then I asked for management and they immediately hung up. it's not worth the 68.00 the I paid for this doordash can I ask why are the tacos completely almost empty and he said to take it to doordash because they delivered it this location is unacceptable the negligence of the management is sad please don't order from here you're wasting your money.

it sucks when you go during the day and the food is right and good and you order the SAME thing a night and it's wrong and nasty. $25 for 2 wrong burritos.

I've been having some good luck with the Taco bells and the areas I buy food at Taco Bell at recently. The staff have always treated me with such respect and treated me very well and they had bright moods. The call dude that's been working the drive-thru is real nice to me it's really cool he's real good.
Now about the food you can't really complain about Taco Bell because you get what you pay for you know I just had a good breakfast for like eight bucks like who can turn that down you know so if it was good tacos some hash browns and a slushy which is my favorite thing in the whole world I love slushies. Or is they call them freezies or whatever it's good though.
Yeah I mean I've been really appreciating the staff that are Waukesha county Taco bells recently there pretty decent.

I love Taco Bell but when did it get so bad! They somehow forget at least three items EVERY TIME!!! I waited at the front for five minutes. NO SERVICE! I asked about an item and they said no then checked and said they had them but they were in the freezer and wouldn’t cook them! They forgot some items and they did get it fixed. You can only order on a screen and there is only one. This is just sad!

They had no ice. Lobby filthy. All the employees on their phones. The music was super loud and inappropriate for the lobby. Found hair on 2 of my items while eating. They replaced it but I pretty much lost my appetite after finding the second hair. Do better Oconomowoc.
