Terribly slow and overpriced just like all the other Taco Bell’s these days. Do they even care anymore?

We were able to do a pre-order for our late-night snack for our wedding through Taco Bell on Summit Ave! They allowed my dad to place the large order a day ahead of time in store, which was super helpful! It was such a fun way to end our wedding night, and the food was all fresh and tasty!

Like most fast food restaurants these days, the help they hire could give a crap about customer service. Getting waited on is painful. Staff is dismissive at best. Fast food has lost it's original concept.

Whole crew couldn’t understand enough English for a simple order, and couldn’t even make tacos right either they need an I.C.E. Raid asap and sent back home

The kid working was stoned out of his mind. Sat in the drive through for a solid 10 minutes and then pulled around front because our order was so messed up. First they forgot our sodas, and hot sauces. The worker gave us free cinnamon rolls to make up for it, and when I went inside to get them(and more sauce) the place was filthy. When I was walking out I happened to notice what looked like the manager was asleep at one of the tables. Before getting in the car I made sure to knock on the window and wake him up. To top it all off the food was ice cold. This place used to be good but is an absolute joke now.

Had to pick up a doordash order. Long wait. I dislike getting orders at this place. They need to improve their customer service speed overall. Food is not bad though.
I had no issues with the staff or their service. The guy at the drive-thru window was great!
What I did have an issue with was the food. I mean it is Taco Bell, so you know what you are normally going to get. However, what I did not expect was my entire order of 4 x 5 layer burritos to be ice cold (like straight out of the freezer cold) and the cheese not be melted in the burritos, see attached photos.
Ultimately I will need to leave a 1-star review based of the quality of the food NOT the staff.
After waiting in line for 20 minutes to even get to the speaker box to order, they greeted us and when we started to order we were told to wait even longer. Once we finally ordered we sat another 10 minutes behind someone who knew the staff working and it became a chatter session. Once we finally got to the window to pay and get our food we pulled away and started to pull out our food and they screwed up our order, AFTER HAVING 30 MINUTES TO MAKE SURE IT WAS CORRECT, when we looked back they had a line so big it was not worth going back around to get it fixed. So we paid for things that we couldn’t even eat. The one thing they got right was our Pepsi. Real winners that work here. Don’t waste your time or money.
