Got a brownie fudge sundae and the brownie was frozen, so frozen my spoon broke. Asked staff to microwave brownie and they did but felt the need to tell me future reference the brownies are frozen in this sundae unless you specify warm. I politely told the lady we have order the sundae multiple times and have never gotten a frozen brownie. Plus the menu says “served with a warm brownie”

When Tim Bradford walked in the building all eyes were on him, they treated him with the finest respect. Loading up his ice cream with as much toppings as he wanted. The chocolate factory gets my 5/5 stars.

This is such a fun place to eat! They have amazing subs! (best bread ever!). Their ice cream is amazing and they even have egg & milk free options, which is so great, as my little grandson has food allergies and with these choices, he can enjoy a summer day going out for ice cream with his friends. The managers, Danielle and Carly, have helped me with catering needs for school events and recently a non-profit benefit!! The whole experience is wonderful- from the amazing food and ice cream to the cleanliness of the store and the great management. I’ve enjoyed Chocolate Factory for many years and never thought to review their store. So I’m glad I finally did!

They always have amazing food and friendly staff. We had various subs that had fresh vegetables on them. They offer quite a variety of subs along with having special monthly subs not offered on their menu. Their bread is always fresh. Price is good for quality of food and very comparable to other places. Cute soda shop setting. They also offer a wide variety of very tasty ice cream.

Very pricey for the portions. Not a bad sub tho. Last time we were there they no longer had the toppings for the subs; peppers, olives, etc., that really stunk. With all the options around town for a sub I would think they would step it up a tad.
