Been here a few times, smaller buffet with one hot island and a desert island, they basically have just about everything I like for hot food!! Food is watched and kept fresh, really comfy chairs. Attentive workers, if you need a refill on your drink.

$11.25 GREAT BUFFET! Excellent little place, don't be put off by appearance. All the food is fresh, nothing been sitting for hours. Very tasty, one of the best I've been to in a long time. Place is clean and "functional". If you want ambiènce, get your food to go!

Value for money, this is the best Chinese buffet restaurant in the area including Green Bay. I have tried all the Chinese restaurants in Green Bay and Happy Garden stands out in taste and cost. All the negative reviews here can also be found in any buffet restaurants, even in high end buffets in Las Vegas. I agree the place needs cosmetic upgrade but that will increase the cost of the buffet. The only thing they need is to keep the place clean all the time.
