Food is still top quality, but service needs a little work. They need to have patience with the elderly customers. This occurred on their second shift, the younger man acted bored out of his head.
I want to bring attention to some variability in food freshness at this Subway location, particularly during the evening shifts with less experienced staff members. With my dietetics background and experience working at Subway in high school, I appreciate the importance of proper food handling and the standards Subway Restaurants aim to maintain. I have noticed several instances where hot food has been left out longer than ideal, which has led to issues such as crusty proteins...
The staff was FABULOUS! One of them searched a pile of coupons, found one that would work for us and used it to save me money! We will get subs there again for sure the next time we are in town. Wish we could move them to one of the LaCrosse Subways. (where we are from)
