The first time I irder I say I want it soft and don't make the cheese golden brown I get a brick with dark brown the second time I find my fries have been cooked in the same fryer as fish now I'm eating benadryl barely breathing because of an allergic reaction from the fish and fries sharing a fryer

This is a place I’ve loved for years the quality is like no other pizza is more than fresh they load it up to the max, and on top of all of this it’s a local store. 10/10 would recommend for anyone to eat here. They also have really good wings :)

Ordered delivery. Asked for Diet Mountain Dew and was given regular. Ordered a loaded taco pizza and specified LIGHTLY COOKED, but got well done (cheese is very brown). Also order pineapple pizza with pepperoni to be cut in squares and it was cut into triangles instead... This place has absolutely gone down the toilet and we won't be ordering from here again.

Jake's is an Omro staple. I did not call ahead, I just popped in. They were very busy. I asked for 2 pints of ice cream with toppings. First time getting ice-cream. They took the time to add ice-cream, then toppings, ice-cream then topping ~ the result was wonderful. It made our evening. Thank you Jake's Pizza- local ?
Vegetarian options: It is pizza.... you order without meat.
Parking: It is downtown beautiful Omro. If you need to park on Main a little down.... it is a lovely stroll.
Jake's has some of the best pizza! My daughter loves a mushroom hand-tossed and my favorite is definitely chicken bacon ranch. Most importantly they deliver in Omro!

They got 2 stars because they were pretty quick with delivery- less than 30 minutes. However 2 super soggy sandwiches. I specifically asked for no peppers on the Philly cheese steak yeah loaded with peppers (the order ticket was written correctly philly- no GP) I never looked at a menu so I guess this part is on me because it does say what they use, but who loads an Italian meatball sub with black olives I travel all over the country and this is a first. That said it too was crunchy on top and mush on the bottom. The pizza is eh ok not the worst or the best. My biggest gripe is I'm a longhaul trucker and this order was intended to be 3-4 meals for instead it's only 2 because those sandwiches went to to birds and critters

I see the biggest issue with Jakes is the delivery fee. I live in Oshkosh and any place I order from has a delivery fee and it does NOT go to their employees. I’ve asked them. The prices of ingredients have gone up and as a small business they could very well keep that money to help with costs. It’s worth it because their pizzas actually have plenty of toppings. They don’t skimp at all. We all tip our waitresses and they walk to your table from the kitchen, delivery drivers come to your home 10 minutes away. The convenience for you should be worth tipping. They go out in rain, snow and sleet when you don’t want to. Be grateful. ?
