“Jake's is an Omro staple. I did not call ahead, I just popped in. They were very busy. I asked for 2 pints of ice cream with toppings. First time getting ice-cream. They took the time to add ice-cream, then toppings, ice-cream then topping ~ the result was wonderful. It made our evening. Thank you Jake's Pizza- local ?Vegetarian options: It is pizza.... you order without meat.Parking: It is downtown beautiful Omro. If you need to park on Main a little down.... it is a lovely stroll.”

“For a bar that looks kinda run down and iffy outside, it sure is in great shape inside! We dropped in for a quick drink on Friday afternoon just to see what it was like. The outside gives the vibe of an old tavern/dive bar so I expected the inside to be the 1980's typical bar but I was definitely surprised to see how new and updated it was! The ladies room was super clean, the furniture in the bar was practically new, the bar was shiny. There was a small but good selection of alcohol and the bartender was friendly and informative about the other local *competition* and goings on in the area. We had already eaten lunch but I think we may drop in for a burger sometime and see what it's got going on.Give it a chance, you will be pleasantly surprised too!”

“The service you get depends on when you arrive. If the servers 'know you' you'll jump ahead. You can get served in 5 minutes, or 45 minutes. Usually we enjoy, and get served ok. We go for fish fry.”

“What a pretty winery. Wood fired pizza's and the FRESHEST salads ever, all home grown veggies. Delightful. Pizza had the best crunch and done to perfection. The wines were good, the front porch so comfortable and the waitstaff excellent.”

“First time we have eaten here. The food, service and restaurant were excellent. But the charges were not transparent; they charge a fee for paying a credit card, they call it a “Procurement Fee”! This fee was not told to us until after they ran my credit card, this is just wrong. Also, I am not sure how they have their credit card machine calculate suggested tips, but be careful. The 20% I tapped on came out to more then 20% of what they called the “Base amount”! We will definitely be back; it is worth the drive from the Town of Algoma, but the next time I will pay in cash and calculate the tip myself.Parking: Easy to find parking on the street. We did arrive on a Friday at around 5pm, so we may have been a head of the crowd. It was busier when we left.”

They charge you 30 cents to use your debit card [ Illegal ] They ask for a tip right off the bat, before any service or food is rendered.
