“stopped in for the first time last night. We were in a group of 4 from out of town but wanted to try something new. Our drinks were tasty. we got sat pretty quickly. salad bar was standard but they get bonus points for having real bacon bits! Bread was warm and yummy. Soups were very good, needed salt but was fix. I got the prime rib and house potatoes. BEST PRIME RIB I've ever eaten. it was melt in your mouth tender. Potatoes again were underseasoned in my opinion but again, easy fix. My husband got the ribeye and it was cooker perfectly and also very tender. 10/10 would recommend!!”

“I would love to leave a review for this amazing restaurant, La Baja. My family and I stopped here after the Oshkosh Farmers Market before getting back on the road to Milwaukee, and we’re so glad we did! The food was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Soren was amazing—very attentive, personable, and genuinely kind. He made sure we had everything we needed and really added to the experience. If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by!”

“We celebrated a birthday. From the moment we walked through the double doors, we were greeted with the utmost respect and welcome by the hostess team.
Our reservations were for 7, the staff seated as promptly upon arrival.

The ambience of the restaurant is Italian. The extensive amount of work they did to build this environment is obvious. Everywhere you look there's something architecturally different that helps this restaurant stand out as one of the best. From the mural walls to the cathedral ceilings and the partially exposed iron beams complimented by mood lighting end tabletop lanterns helps you to feel welcome uncomfortable.

The wine list is extensive with prices starting at $45 up to $2,000. We ordered a nice bottle of wine.

We started with the fried calamari and shrimp, and meatballs appetizers.
The fried calamari and shrimp appetizer was absolutely out of this world.
The meatball appetizer was just ok. We all agreed that the meatballs were too dense and had a unique flavor. We would not order them again

Our dinner comprised of lamb chops, yellowtail tuna, Casoncelli alla bergamasca and ravioli di truffle pig. We would recommend everything but the ravioli dish. We felt the ravioli dish was lacking presentation and flavor.

The lamb chops were absolutely some of the best I've ever had. We would go back just for those. They were that good!

Dessert was creme brulee, tiramisu and trufflepig gourmet coffee espresso drink. Highly recommend any one of those
