Normally the food is great, but last night we waited an hour and a half for burgers and when we finally got them, mine was cold.

My best friend has been having strokes for the past 3 1/2 years and is now disabled and needs help with walking and is in a nearby care facility ... His son and I brought him to Tanner's for supper ... Tanner's treated him with respect and made sure he got the food and beverage that he wanted ... They have a ramp so he was able to use his walker to get into the building ...

Food was good but the service was horrible! We walked in and sat down for about 8 min still no waiter or acknowledgement that we were there. Had to go to the bar to order then waited another 25-30 min for a burger and wrap. Poor service. But food was good.

Two bartenders in total. One worked the floor and was reasonably involved in making sure we were happy when it came to ordering our food and checking in on us until we ordered. We most always go to the bar for our drinks, and the young one behind the bar was clearly inexperienced at running the bar and the big picture of serving ALL customers, not just her local regulars. We spent too much time standing there waiting to be noticed. We each had 3 drinks. Only the last one (provided by the woman working the floor) was made in a timely manner. We do understand human nature and the tendency to stick by who you know, but when new people come in, it should be noticed, and care should be taken to encourage them to come back.
We did like the smaller pizza sizes available and the choice of a cauliflower crust, but the Friday Night Catfish Special was clearly not worth the price of $15. It was one medium- sized piece of catfish, curled up. The flavor was good, but the amount of food on the plate had room for improvement. The pizza was good too!
I've only called in pizza and picked it up but if I was a bar person this is a place to check out the people and food are excellent

Absolutely great place to hang out for drinks and food. I love stopping here when I pass thru Omro. All the food is great, and they make exceptionally good bloody marys. Always lots of fun things going on, especially during games. The staff and locals are very friendly, and alot of fun to talk to. I've never had a bad experience at Tanners. The owner is very friendly, and works hard to satisfy his customers. Highly recommend a stop here.
