Amazing food, friendly staff and quick!
On Saturday Jan 27, 2024 we went to Blue Moon for our 2nd round of Prime Rib. And once again it was fantastic. Ordered rare and large and it was cooked to perfection, and we got onion rings instead of potatoes. The salad however had a lettuce that I just couldn't eat. I'm not sure what lettuce variety it was, but it's not for me. Blue Moon is our "GO TO" for Prime Rib. It's 40 miles from Whitehall but we haven't found anywhere better.
Horrible experience. Manager was rude when i asked about a special that was previously offered, which is fine but still his approach, short bigger guy. The worst part was watching the way he treated his staff/servers, rolling his eyes and “shushing” them away while they were asking questions and seemed like they felt uneasy asking them anyways. I would never want to work for that guy, and doesn’t make me feel wanted either. Let that guy go.
