Went and order some wings expecting fresh wings but when I got home it’s wings that looked like they’re leftover wings from the morning. It was hard and dry. They lathered the wings with sauce to make it look fresh. I paid almost 30$! For 20 wings! Horrible food! Never going back.

They just throw online orders on the food delivery app racks so you wouldn't know your take out order is ready. Waited 40 minutes only to find out my food had been sitting out the whole time but I never thought to check the grubhub area. Great waste of $50

Just so YOU know... To-go experiences are nice because you're eating in the privacy of your own home, without the hassle of a crowd. That shared, you WILL be taking a hit on food quality.If you think about it, if it takes you 15-minutes to take your food home. That's lost time in quality and freshness.That said...Buffalo Wild Wings to-go is NOT recommended. You can go to Kwik Trip, their boneless wings are going to be a better offering (and fresher). Even if you plan for a dine-in experience, it's serviceable.Here's my issue with the to-go service.If you have a large order, you may not know that your order is in multiple bags. It's not because the server is in a hurry to get you out the door. It's because YOU have to walk your own merry way to the to-go order pick rack, past a crowd waiting to be seated. Then you have to look for your order, in a dim lit area.If your order is in multiple bags, you won't know until you get home. It's written at the VERY bottom of your receipt that you have two bags. Spending another 15 minutes going back to BDubs, look for your UNMARKED 2nd bag. Hopefully, scoring what is assumed to be your own order.The to-go order system is less than serviceable or ideal. You still have to walk to the rack, in a high traffic area for the servers. Even if everything was properly labeled and lit, those precious 15 minutes of freshness time is lost. Impacting the quality of your food. You can get better boneless wings at Kwik Trip. If you have a hankering for bone-in wings, you can do better in the area.To-go rating: 2 out of 5 (It'd still be 2 out of 5 stars without a labeling issue)Dine-in rating: 3 out of 5

Last few time Iv placed orders for a certain pick up time my order isn’t ready. This past time I waited an hour longer then I should have for my order. Another thing, they keep messing up my order making me have to wait long for them to correct the order. Sad thing is The quality of this place has Significantly gone down over the years

Call in after Oder is messed up guy tells me he will “write my name on a note put it on the side so I can get it remade next day or so due to me being 40 minutes from the place “. I just called in to get my Oder made few days later “ manager says we don’t write slips with name so she goes to search my # and the amount & tells me that she is trying as hard as she can when all she has to do is check 9-10 hours of operation to find my Oder and is taking 20 minutes to do that what makes you think I want a free Oder of those wings ? I can pay for them if I want them bad and also why have your employees mis direct the customers just to get the costumers off the phone First time was the wings was bloody they said that’s not possible we have a timer on them so it’s not thru untill I told her do u want me to bring them up so u can see she says no it’s ok we can just reorder but I never did how could I after losing my appetite for them ??? Blood on wings yea let me reorder them I don’t care how busy your are if you can’t handle the situation then hire more people complete nonsense

Started with a 10 minute wait for our drinks, another 15 min went by before seeing our waitress again, finally we get to order, I got the wings which were soft & mushy, my wife got the extreme nachos for $12.00...she got a plate.of chips which a couple shreds of cheese 5 small chunks of peppers and 6 jalapeños, I asked if this was really the extreme nachos?? I got yea ..Why?? I will never go back to the onalaska BWW

I had the most pleasant experience with Melissa at the Onalaska location! I tried to order from DoorDash but the boneless wings I planned on ordering couldn’t be found anywhere on the page. I called to check that they were still “in stock” and Melissa was so helpful! Melissa took great care in personally ensuring I got exactly what I wanted and hand packed my order to make sure the issues with DoorDash didn’t impact my meal. Over-the-phone communication can often be tricky and not produce positive results, but honestly Melissa made my whole day!
