Started with a 10 minute wait for our drinks, another 15 min went by before seeing our waitress again, finally we get to order, I got the wings which were soft & mushy, my wife got the extreme nachos for $12.00...she got a plate.of chips which a couple shreds of cheese 5 small chunks of peppers and 6 jalapeños, I asked if this was really the extreme nachos?? I got yea ..Why?? I will never go back to the onalaska BWW

I had the most pleasant experience with Melissa at the Onalaska location! I tried to order from DoorDash but the boneless wings I planned on ordering couldn’t be found anywhere on the page. I called to check that they were still “in stock” and Melissa was so helpful! Melissa took great care in personally ensuring I got exactly what I wanted and hand packed my order to make sure the issues with DoorDash didn’t impact my meal.
