The food was ok at best, ordered the Ceviche, and got a shrimp cocktail. It was good, but definitely not ceviche. Ordered the Chile Verde burrito, the meat and beans were bland, no seasoning at all, meat was also dry like it was left out. Tortilla was not "cooked" like they took it out of the package and made the burrito. Burrito bowl was just a bowl, no tortilla chips or anything, was ok. The best thing I would say is that salsa was really good. Slight hint of heat but good....read full review

Easily the best Mexican restaurant in La Crosse. The food is authentic and the staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. The menu prices are far from inexpensive, but for well prepared seafood dishes served in the Midwest, this isn't unusual.

The food was good. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The best feature by far was our wait staff (male but sorry that I don't remember his name). He was exceptional! He went above and beyond with his service. He made the entire experience so much better! I would return and especially if I could request the same wait staff. ?
