I've always been pleased with the quality of the food here. The service has typically been friendly. This restaurant seems greatly affected by a lack of employees. This can cause a long wait, especially during busy times.
Love that they have crispy Buffalo chicken sandwich with actual Buffalo sauce on it and not just the seasoning. The chicken was rubbery and not appealing. Disappointed in the quality but the idea is great.

The staff was really working hard, keeping everything efficient. I watched as the nice lady at the counter remained patient with, um... customers. It's so hard to find reliable team members, but they seem to have it here.Vegetarian options: As you would expect, Arby's doesn't know what is a vegetarian or why it is important. O.o
