It was my grandsons 3rd birthday and he had never been to a Mc Donalds playground before. He was in 7th heaven heaven climbing and sliding ...two of his favorite things. It wore him out.
The manager thinks it's a joke to mess up a special order. I was done eating and finally my wife's sandwich was remade. So much for having supper together. This was yesterday at 5pm or so.

Incredibly friendly to the point of over the top. I do mind being misidentified in gender and wonder...if staff should be trained not to say sir and madam. Please just be an anonymous fast food joint like you are supposed to. I don't need doors opened and offers to help at kiosk or drop off my food, or add me how I'm doing sir, when I am a woman. Maybe this is to justify charging $7.58 for a substandard egg biscuit and coffee . I'm not sure. Rather you shave a bit of cash off...read full review
