I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and wanted to substitute for a hamburger bun which I do often and was told I couldn't because it was breakfast. How hard is it to grab a bun. I cancelled my whole order won't give business if you can't accommodate.i do not like any breakfast buns etc

This location was completely torn down and reconstructed. The service has gotten better since my last review. Food typical of any McDonald's.
I was asked to pull over to reserve parking so they could get my order ready fresh. I'm here 15 minutes later so I called them and was told oh we forgot that order . So here I wait for my food another 5 minutes has gone. Awful customer

Incredibly friendly to the point of over the top. I do mind being misidentified in gender and wonder...if staff should be trained not to say sir and madam. Please just be an anonymous fast food joint like you are supposed to. I don't need doors opened and offers to help at kiosk or drop off my food, or add me how I'm doing sir, when I am a woman. Maybe this is to justify charging $7.58 for a substandard egg biscuit and coffee . I'm not sure. Rather you shave a bit of cash off the bill, and I'll open my own door, carry my own food, and question my gender all by my lonesome. Next time I'll go to the overpriced coffee shop as I had originally planned.

Made both my happy meals wrong, they left onion on after I asked for no onion. I asked to exchange an unopened toy for a different one as we had 4 of the same toy already, and they wouldn't let me. Very disappointing with the cost of everything and the unwillingness to help at all.

The manager thinks it's a joke to mess up a special order. I was done eating and finally my wife's sandwich was remade. So much for having supper together. This was yesterday at 5pm or so.
Efficient drive through service. Food was good, though the burger was assembled in a slightly lopsided way.

If it takes over 7 minutes just to a large fry to complete my order. When there's only one other customer waiting in the inside at 10:45 A.M. While hearing the manager say, "we need that large fry now, don't delay." These guys need help when working for a "fast food" company. If a lot of people drive as fast as they do in this area. I often question why when it comes to working, they can't do the same. I'm not just talking with just this restaurant, either.
